Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi kompensasi karyawan, pengembangan karir karyawan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan juga pengaruh signifikan kompensasi dan pengembangan karir karyawan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penjelasan (Explannatory Research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT.Woonam Music, Mojokerto. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel acak sederhana (Proporsianate Random Sampling) dengan cara menyebar kuisioner penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) variabel kompensasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel (127,895 > 3,11), (2) variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,536, dan variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,389. Hasil yang diperoleh menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kondusif (baik), perusahaan melakukan perencanaan pemilihan jalur yang sesuai dengan harapan karyawan dan kesediaan pihak manajemen dalam menyediakan dan menjelaskan informasi tentang perencanaan karir akan menimbulkan meningkatnya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the description of the compensation of employees, employee career development and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and also the significant influence of compensation and employee career development simultaneously and partially to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study uses explanatory method (Explannatory Research) with a quantitative approach.The object of this research is Employee PT.Woonam Music, Mojokerto. The sampling technique used in this research is a simple random sampling technique (Proporsianate Random Sampling) by spreading the research questionnaire. The results of this research note that (1) the variable compensation and career development have a significant effect on the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with the value of f count> F table (127.895> 3,11), (2) the compensation variable significantly influenced the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable with the beta coefficient (β) of 0.536, and the career development variables significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with beta coefficient (β) of 0.389.The result obtained concludes that the condition of conducive working environment (good),the company conducts planning of the selection of paths that match the expectations of employees and the willingness of the management to provide and explain information about career planning will lead to increased Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
