Abstract

Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta mempunyai 4 Kabupaten dan satu Kota Yogyakarta . Secara fisiografis dikelompokkan menjadi 4 area yaitu : Gunung Merapi, Pegunungan Sewu, Pegunungan Kulonprogo dan Dataran rendah, jumlah penyelenggara radio siaran FM kurang lebih 42. Pemantauan Kinerja (performa) radio siaran FM sebagai antisipasi untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran ketentuan teknis yang ditetapkan Pemerintah seperti parameter teknis dan wilayah layanan. Parameter teknis yang dimaksud adalah frekuensi pembawa dan pengkanalan sesuai perijinan yang dimiliki, daya pancar, lebar pita dan deviasi frekuensi, sedangkan jangkauan pemancar adalah kuat medan (Field Strength)< 66 dBμV/m, Effective Height Above Average Terrsin (EHAAT), wilayah layanan pemancar radio siaran FM dipengaruhi tinggi lokasi dan tinggi antena pemancar. Pengukuran menggunakan beberapa alat ukur dan alat bantu yaitu Spectrum Analyzer (SPA), Antena, Field Strength Meter, GPS serta Applicasi Radio Mobile, sebagai obyek penelitian adalah radio “TS” FM dan Radio “JF’ FM yang mempunyai karakteristik berbeda ditinjau dari lokasi pemancar. Radio “JF “ FM mempunyai performa frekuensi kerja : 100,9 MHz, lebar pita : 208,7 KHz, ERP : 6,3 kilowatt , tinggi lokasi : 291 mdpl , tinggi antena : 36 meter, EHAAT : 127,19 meter sedangkan Radio “ TS “ FM mempunyai performa frekuensi kerja : 97 MHz, lebar pita : 194,18 KHz, ERP : 5,9 kilowatt , tinggi lokasi : 132,7 mdpl, tinggi antena : 32 meter, EHAAT : 2,8 meter. Analisa performa radio siaran dengan menggunakan applikasi radio mobile bahwa Radio “ JF “ FM mempunyai tinggi lokasi 291 m dpl dan tinggi antena : 36 meter menghasilkan Daya Pancar ERP (effective radiated power) : 6,3 kilo watt dan Effective Height Above Average Terrsin (EHAAT) : 127,19 meter, melebihi jarak jangkauan yang ditetapkan Pemerintah yaitu 12 km dan berpeluang menyebabkan interferensi kepada radio FM lainnya.

English Abstract

Yogyakarta Special Province has 4 districts and one city of Yogyakarta. Physiographically divided into 4 areas: Mount Merapi, Sewu Mountains, Kulonprogo Mountains and Lowlands, the number of FM radio broadcast organizer is approximately 42. FM Radio broadcast performance monitoring as an anticipation to minimize violation of technical provisions set by the Government such as technical parameters And service areas. The technical parameters in question are the carrier and permit frequencies according to the licensing, transmit power, bandwidth and frequency deviation, while the transmitter range is Field Strength < 66 dBμV / m, Effective Height Above Average Terrsin (EHAAT), service area FM radio broadcast transmitter is influenced high location and high transmitter antenna. Measurements using several measuring tools and aids are Spectrum Analyzer (SPA), Antenna, Field Strength Meter, GPS and Mobile Radio Application, as research object is radio "TS" FM and Radio "JF 'FM which has different characteristics from the location of the transmitter . Radio "JF" FM has a working frequency performance: 100.9 MHz, bandwidth: 208.7 KHz, ERP: 6.3 kilowatts, high location: 291 mdpl, antenna height: 36 meters, EHAAT: 127.19 meters while Radio "TS" FM has a working frequency performance: 97 MHz, bandwidth: 194.18 KHz, ERP: 5.9 kilowatts, high location: 132.7 mdpl, antenna height: 32 meters, EHAAT: 2.8 meters. Analysis of radio broadcast performance using mobile radio applications that Radio "JF" FM has a high location of 291 m asl and antenna height: 36 meters produces ERP Power (effective radiated power): 6.3 kilo watt and Effective Height Above Average Terrsin (EHAAT ): 127.19 meters, exceeding the Government's specified range of 12 km and potentially causing interference to other FM radios.
