Abstract
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) merupakan gangguan fungsional yang menyebabkan adanya keluhan pada sendi, ligament, dan tendon akibat dari otot yang menerima beban statis dalam waktu lama. MSDs dapat terjadi karena beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah postur kerja yang tidak normal. CV. Jayadi merupakan industri kecil yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi knalpot kendaraan roda dua. Pada proses produksi di CV. Jayadi terdapat keluhan rasa sakit yang dirasakan oleh pekerja, terutama pada stasiun kerja las titik. Dimana postur tubuh pekerja las titik dalam keadaan punggung membungkuk dan postur leher yang menekuk dengan sudut lebih dari 20 . Perbaikan stasiun kerja perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi terjadinya risiko cidera Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) merupakan metode kuesioner yang digunakan untuk memberikan paparan risiko yang sesuai dengan postur kerja operator, dengan menilai 5 faktor risiko yaitu punggung, bahu/ lengan, pergelangan tangan/ tangan, leher dan faktor lain seperti mengemudi, getaran, tempo kerja serta tekanan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian adalah berdasarkan hasil observasi secara langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis identifikasi risiko MSDs dengan menggunakan metode QEC diketahui bahwa nilai action level pada pekerja las titik adalah 67% sehingga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan perlu dilakukan perubahan. Pada final assessment dimana yang menunjukkan nilai risiko terbesar adalah faktor leher yang tergolong dalam exposure level sangat tinggi dengan nilai 18, faktor punggung yang tergolong dalam exposure level tinggi dengan nilai 26, faktor bahu/ lengan tergolong dalam exposure level sedang, begitu juga dengan faktor pergelangan tangan/ tangan, tempo kerja dan tekanan dengan skor masingmasing adalah 30, 26, 4 dan 4. Untuk faktor mengemudi dan getaran tergolong dalam exposure level rendah dengan skor 1. Perbaikan yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode QEC untuk mengurangi skor pada faktor punggung dan leher agar pekerja tidak membungkuk baik punggung maupun leher pada saat bekerja dilakukan perancangan ulang desain stasiun kerja dengan memberikan desain meja dan kursi kerja serta alat bantu berupa penyangga objek kerja dan alat lat las, . Selain itu perbaikan yang dilakukan berupa saran yang diberikan kepada perusahaan terkait waktu kerja pekerja pada stasiun kerja las titik, pembuatan dan penerapan SOP dan penggunaan APD yang lengkap. Perbaikan lingkungan kerja dilakukandengan menambahkan ventilasi udara dan lampu penerangan. Hasil dari nilai action level mengalami penurunan setelah dilakukannya perbaikan yaitu menjadi 41% dengan penurunan pada faktor punggung dan leher tergolong dalam exposure level sedang dan faktor bahu/ lengan, pergelangan tangan/ tangan, tempo kerja dan tekanan turun menjadi exposure level rendah, serta faktor mengemudi dan getaran yang tetap pada exposure level rendah.
English Abstract
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) is a functional disorder that causes disorders of joints, ligaments, and tendons resulting from muscles that receive static loads for a long time. MSDs can occur due to several factors, one of which is an abnormal work posture. CV. Jayadi is a small industry focus in production of two-wheeled vehicle muffler. In production process of CV. Jayadi, there are complaints of pain that felt by workers, especially the work station of point welding. the condition of the welding point worker posture’s back is bend and the neck posture is bend for more than 20 angles. Work station improvements should be made to reduce the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders injury (MSDs). This research was using Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) method. Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) is a questionnaire method which is used to provide risk exposure in accordance with the operator's work posture, assessing 5 risk factors of back, shoulder / arm, wrist / hand, neck and other factors such as driving, vibration, and pressure. The data obtained for this research is based on the results of direct observation and interviews with related parties in the company. Based on the risk identification analysis of MSDs using the QEC method, it is known that the value of action level at the point welding worker is 67%, that further research is required and changes are needed to be made. The final assessment shows that the greatest risk value is the neck factor which is classified in very high exposure rate with the score is 18, back factor is classified in high level exposure with the score is 26, shoulder/ arm factor is classified as medium exposure, as well as wrist factor hand/ hand, work tempo and pressure which the scores of each are 30, 26, 4 and 4. The driving and vibration factors belong to low level exposure with score 1. Improvements are made based on the results of analysis with QEC method to reduce the score on back and neck factors so that workers will not bend either back or neck at the time of work is done redesigning work station design by giving design of work table and chair also tool of buffer work object and welding tool. Besides repair done in form of suggestion given to company related to working time of worker at welding work station , make and applying of SOPs, the use of complete PPE. Improvement of work environment by adding air vents and lighting lamps. The result of this research the score of action level value is decreased into 41% and the back and the neck factor are decreased into moderate exposure. Shoulder/ arm factor, wrist/ hand, work tempo and downward pressure are decreased into low level exposure. The driving factor and vibrations are still remain at low exposure levels
