Abstract
Bank merupakan lembaga keuangan yang bekerja berdasarkan kepercayaan masyarakat, dimana kegiatan operasional bank adalah menghimpun dana dan menyalurkan dana. Pihak bank ikut berperan serta dalam meningkatkan kesejaheraan masyarakat dengan cara memberikan jasajasa bank yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat, selain dapat menyimpan uangnya di bank, masyarakat dapat meminjam uang dalam bentuk kredit pada pihak bank untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Kredit merupakan suatu fasilitas keuangan yang memungkinkan seseorang atau badan usaha untuk meminjam uang untuk membeli produk dan membayarnya kembali dalam jangka waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Kredit tersebut dapat berupa kredit konsumtif maupun kredit yang sifatnya untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Pemerintahan menyediakan program kredit untuk masyarakat yang mempunyai usaha kecil dan akan mengembangkannya dengan fasilitas program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh jawaban dari suatu permasalahan yaitu untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat pada PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk. Unit Pare. Untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat pada PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk Unit Pare, dan untuk mengetahui pengawasan terhadap pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat pada PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk Unit Pare, Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya masalah yang terjadi terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pemberian kredit usaha rakyat adalah menurunya jumlah debitur kredit usaha rakyat ini. English Abstract
Bank is a financial institution that works based on public trust, where the bank's operational activities are to raise funds and channel funds. The banks participate in improving the welfare of the community by providing bank services required by the community, in addition to storing money in the bank, the community can borrow money in the form of credit to the bank to meet the needs. Credit is a financial facility that enables a person or business entity to borrow money to purchase the product and repay it within a specified period of time. The credit may be in the form of consumer credit or credit that is to develop its business. The government provides credit programs for communities that have small businesses and will develop them with the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). This study aims to obtain the answer of a problem that is to know the policy of granting People's Business Credit at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk. Pare Unit. To know the system and procedure of Business People's Credit at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk Pare Unit, and to know the supervision of the granting of People's Business Credit at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk Pare Unit, Kediri. Based on the results of the study found the existence of problems that occur occur in the implementation of the granting of people's business credit is decreasing the number of debtors of this business credit. The first factor is the debtor or client is the average customer has borrowed or borrowed on the other side as well as many troubled customers. Just as one customer uses two different business guarantees when lumping a loan unknown to the previous MKS. Then there is one business guarantee used by two customers who are different in identity. One of the provisions is regarding the criteria of the business creditors of the debtor that are served by the People's Business Credit are small, medium and cooperative micro businesses that are not receiving credit or financing from the banks and who do not receive program credit from the Government at the time of credit or financing request submitted. Another factor is from the bank is the long waiting time to obtain credit realization, this happens because of the limited number of employees handling people's business credit and the administrative selection process that is really very concerned in order to avoid bad loans. We recommend at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk, Ka's party. The unit should also play a role in conducting supervision and guidance to customers. Ka. The unit also re-checks the files against prospective customers who have been surveyed by MMM before making a credit termination.
