Abstract
Salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan pertanian yang berkelanjutan adalah pembuatan fasilitas penyediaan air untuk tanaman. Dalam meningkatkan produksi tanaman pangan khususnya padi dan palawija pemerintah membantu petani dalam bentuk sarana dan prasarana untuk mengatasi keterbatasan air dan tenaga kerja dalam pengolahan tanah untuk pertanian, pemerintah membantu pada kelompok tani yang siap mengelola pompa air irigasi serta implemennya. Syarat pengelolaan pompa irigasi berkelanjutan harus memenuhi 4 aspek antara lain aspek kebenaran teknologi, aspek lingkungan, aspek sosial, dan aspek finansial jika keempat aspek tersebut sesuai maka pengelolaan pompa air bisa dikatakan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Kabupaten malang pada 5 (lima) kelompok tani, yaitu : Kelompok Tani usaha Tani I, Kelompok Tani Madu Kismo I, Kelompok Tani Dewi Sri, Gap. Tani Sejati Dan Kelompok tani sido mukti IV. Parameter penelitian yang digunakan adalah kelayakan unsur teknis dan analisis ekonominya. Pengelolaan mesin pompa irigasi pertanian kelompok tani dikatakan dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan jika nilai Payback Period dari mesin pompa irigasi tersebut kurang dari umur ekonominya yaitu 5tahun Terdapat 4 kelompok tani yang bisa berkelanjutan yaitu kelompok Tani Dewi Sri(dengan nilai R/C 1,74 dan Payback Period 1,5 tahun), Gap.Tani Sejati(dengan nilai R/C 1,64 dan Payback Period 1,9 tahun), Kelompok tani sido mukti IV(dengan nilai R/C 1,94 dan Payback Period 1,15 tahun) dan Kelompok Tani Madu Kismo I(dengan nilai R/C 1,66 dan Payback Period 1,9 tahun)
English Abstract
One of the ways to achieve a sustainable agricultural development is the creation of water supply facilities for the plant. In increasing production of food crops in particular rice crops and the Government help farmers in the form of infrastructure to overcome the limitations of water and labor in the processing of land for farming, the Government helps in the Group the peasants are ready to manage irrigation water pumps as well as implemennya. The terms of the management of sustainable irrigation pumps must meet 4 aspects, among others aspects of truth in technology, environmental aspects, social aspects, and the financial aspects if the appropriate aspects of the fourth then the management of the water pump could be said to be sustainable. This research was done in malang on 5 (five) farmer groups, namely: Usaha Tani I farmers group, Madu Kismo I farmers group, Dewi Sri farmers group, Tani Sejati Alliance of farmers group And Sido Mukti IV farmer groups. Research parameters used are the feasibility analysis and technical elements of its economy. Management of agricultural irrigation pump engines farmer groups said can thrive and sustainably if the value of the Payback Period of the irrigation pump engines less than age economy that is 5 years. there are 4 farmer groups that can be sustainable farmers group Dewi Sri (with a value of R/C 1.74 and Payback Period 1.5 years), Produce a true Gap. (with a value of R/C and 1.64 1.9-year Payback Period), Sido Mukti IV farmers Group (with a value of R/C 1.94 and 1.15 year Payback Period) and the farmers group Kismo I (with Honey the value of R/C 1.66 and 1.9-year Payback Period).
