Abstract
Penelitian dengan judul rancang bangun drum komposter dengan control kelembaban dan aerasi menggunakan mikrokontroler atmega 328P(Arduino uno) dilakukan pada bulan April sampai dengan September 2017 di Laboratorium Mekatronika dan Intrumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang drum komposter dengan merancang sistem kotrol kelembaban dan rangkaian pipa aerasi, membuat koding atau algoritma dengan integrasi kontrol kelembaban dan aerasi yang diinginkan dan mengetahui Kinerja Minimum System pada komposter Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yakni merancang drum komposter. Prototype drum composter dengan kontrol kelembaban dan aerasi telah berhasil dibuat. Prototype tersebut berdiameter 40 cm dan tinggi 60 cm. Koding yang diberikan menggunakan aplikasi arduino IDE telah berhasil melakukan variasi waktu pada aerator dan kelembaban pada pompa secara otomatis. Sistem kontrol untuk pengaturan kelembaban kurang dari 75% menggunakan sensor DHT11 dan aerasi 45 menit menggunakan Real Time Clock (RTC) telah berhasil dibuat. Pengujian kinerja rangkaian elektronika telah dilakukan. Ketika diberi logika HIGH, LED akan menyala dan jika diberi logika LOW, LED akan mati. Sedangkan pada Relay jika diberi logika HIGH, Relay akan On dan jika diberi logika LOW, Relay akan Off Pada LCD dapat memunculkan karakter yang diinginkan. Pembacaan Sensor DHT11 memiliki akurasi rata-rata 99,30 % .
English Abstract
Research with the title design drum composter with control of moisture and aeration using the atmega microcontroller 328P (Arduino Uno). This Research was conducted on April until August 2017 in the laboratory of Mechatronics dan Instrumentation. The purpose of yhis research is to design drum composter by designing system control of moisture and aeration pipe arrangement, make coding algorithm or control with the integration of moisture and aeration performance and find out the desire minimum system on this research method using the composter methods descriptive i.e. designing drum composter The prototype drum composter with control of moisture and aeration has been sccessfully created. The prototype 40 cm and diameter 60 cm. height of the given application Coding the arduino IDE has managed to do a variation of the time on the aerator and moisture on the pump automatically. Control system for setting the humidity of less than 75% using the sensor DHT11 and 45 minutes of aeration using Real Time Clock (RTC) has been successfully created. Electronic circuit performance testinghas been done. When given a logic HIGH, the LED will be lit and if given a logic LOW, the LED will be off. While on a Relay if given a logic HIGH, the Relay will be On and if given a logic LOW, the Relay will be Off on the LCD can bring up the desired character. DHT11 Sensor readout accuracy average 99.30%.
