Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah di Indonesia tahun 2002-2014. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk melihat tingkat kemandirian keuangan di 505 daerah di Indonesia. Data bersumber dari Kementrian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia dapat dikategorikan sangat kurang karena tingkat rasio kemandirian dibawah 10%. Daerah dengan tingkat rasio kemandirian tertinggi dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Badung dengan tingkat rasio 63,02%, sedangkan daerah dengan tingkat rasio kemandirian terendah dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak dengan tingkat rasio 0,21%. Tingginya tingkat kemandirian keuangan suatu daerah dipengaruhi oleh besarnya kontribusi pendapatan asli daerah terhadap total pendapatan daerah. Sebaliknya, rendahnya tingkat kemandirian keuangan suatu daerah dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kontribusi pendapatan asli daerah terhadap total pendapatan daerah.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine district financial capacity in Indonesia between 2002 and 2014. Descriptive statistics analysis were used to examine the financial capacity of 505 districts in Indonesia. Data were retrieved from the Ministry of Finance Republic Indonesia. The findings show that the capacity of finance of Indonesia districts can be categorized low as the financial capacity ratio below 10%. The district with the highest level of financial capacity ratio was Badung with the ratio level of 63.02%, while the region with the lowest level of ratio was Pegunungan Arfak, with the ratio level of 0.21%. The high level of financial capacity of districts was influenced by the amount of contribution of local revenue to total regional income. In contrast, the low level of financial capacity of districts was due to the low contribution of local revenue to total regional income.
