Abstract
Stroke trombosis adalah proses terbentuknya trombus yang membuat penggumpalan dan dapat menyebabkan aliran pada darah ke otak sebagian atau keseluruhan dapat terhenti yang pada akhirnya berujung pada kematian sel. Salah satu resiko thrombosis adalah diabetes mellitus (DM). DM bisa berkembang menjadi stroke iskemik salah satunya adanya suatu proses aterosklerosis. Pada DM terjadi hiperglikemia yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan dinding pembuluh darah besar maupun pembuluh darah kecil serta meningkatkan agregasi platelet dimana kedua proses tersebut dapat menyebabkan aterosklerosis. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik observasional potong lintang yang meneliti hubungan DM dan pre-DM dengan keluaran pasien stroke trombosis yang dinilai dengan NIHSS. Sampel diambil secara purposive dan diamati pada hari pertama pasien dirawat atau masuk RS(MRS) dan hari ke-14 sejak dinyatakan stroke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor NIHSS pasien stroke kelompok pre-DM saat MRS adalah sebesar 12,5 dan pasien stroke kelompok pre-DM hari ke-14 adalah sebesar 11,0. Tidak ada perbedaan antara rata-rata skor NIHSS pasien stroke kelompok pre-DM hari pertama dirawat dan kelompok pre-DM setelah hari ke-14. Hasil dari penelitian rata-rata skor NIHSS pasien stroke kelompok DM saat masuk adalah sebesar 10,42 dan pasien stroke kelompok DM keluar adalah 13,14 dengan selisih –2,72. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Sedangkan rata-rata skor NIHSS pasien stroke kelompok pre-DM adalah sebesar -1,54 dan pasien stroke kelompok DM adalah sebesar 2,71. Dapat diartikan bahwa 2 kelompok mempunyai hasil yang sama jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara rata-rata skor NIHSS pasien stroke kelompok pre-dm dan kelompok dm.
English Abstract
Stroke thrombosis is the process of formation of thrombus that makes clotting and can cause blood flow to the brain in part or in whole can be stopped which eventually leads to cell death. One of the risks of thrombosis is diabetes mellitus (DM). Diabetes mellitus can develop into ischemic stroke one of which is a process of atherosclerosis. In diabetes mellitus hyperglycemia that can cause damage to the walls of large blood vessels and small blood vessels and increase platelet aggregation where both processes can cause atherosclerosis. This was an analytical observational cross sectional study of DM and pre-DM relationship with the outcome of thrombotic stroke patients assessed with NIHSS. Samples were taken purposively and observed on the first day of the patient being admitted or admitted to hospital (MRS) and the 14th day after stroke. The results showed that the average NIHSS score of pre-DM group stroke patients at MRS was 12.5 and the 14-day pre-DM group stroke group was 11.0. There was no difference between the mean NIHSS score of pre-DM group stroke patients on the first day of treatment and pre-DM group after day 14. Results from the average study of NIHSS score of stroke patients of DM group at admission was 10.42 and stroke group of DM group out was 13.14 with difference of -2.72. There was no significant difference between the two groups. While the average NIHSS score of stroke patients pre-DM group was -1.54 and stroke patients of DM group was 2.71. It can be assumed that 2 groups have the same results so it can be concluded that there is no difference between the mean NIHSS score of pre-dm group stroke patients and group dm.
