Abstract

Kelurahan Bareng merupakan salah satu daerah dengan populasi penduduk tinggi dan termasuk daerah endemis DBD (Demam Berdarah Dengue). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa komposisi dan sebaran spasial nyamuk diurnal pada lokasi in door dan out door di Bareng Tenes. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2016 hingga Mei 2017. Sampling nyamuk pada lokasi in door menggunakan mosquito trap sedangkan pada lokasi out door menggunakan aspirator. Sampling dilaksanakan pada 10 rumah yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dilaksanakan mulai pukul 07.00 hingga 14.30 WIB (Waktu Indonesia Barat) dengan waktu 30 menit di tiap lokasi. Nyamuk hasil sampling dikoleksi dengan alkohol 70% dan diidentifikasi. Faktor abiotik yang dihitung meliputi suhu, kecepatan angin, intensitas cahaya, dan kelembaban udara. Titik koordinat direkam dengan GPS (Global Positioning System). Komposisi nyamuk di Kelurahan Bareng Tenes terdiri atas tiga spesies, yaitu Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus, dan Culex quinquefasciatus. A. aegypti mendominasi pada lokasi in door dan A. albopictus pada lokasi out door. Pola sebaran nyamuk tergolong seragam dengan nilai Indek distribusi Morisita <1. Berdasarkan perhitungan Indeks keragaman Shannon Wiener pada minggu ke satu dan minggu ke empat keragaman spesies tergolong sedang (1<H’<3) dan pada minggu ke dua dan minggu ke tiga keragaman spesiesnya rendah (H’<1) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Man Hour Density (MHD), kelurahan Bareng Tenes secara umum memiliki potensi risiko penularan DBD rendah, tetapi terdapat dua lokasi yang memiliki potensi risiko penularan DBD tinggi yaitu pada SDN 05 Bareng Tenes dan wilayah RT 06.

English Abstract

Bareng village is one of the densely population region in Malang and this area is an endemic location for DHF (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever). This research aim was to analize the composition and spatial distribution of diurnal mosquitoes at indoor and outdoor location in Bareng Tenes, Malang. The research already during November 2016 up to February 2017. Mosquito sampling of indoor location used the mosquito trap and at outdoor location used aspirator. The capturing mosquito carried out on 10 houses around Bareng Tenes region. Plot determination for laying of mosquito traps was conducted by purposive sampling method. The capturing mosqitoes had been done started from 7 am to 2.30 pm (West Indonesian Time) and each capturing mosquito need 30 minutes. Mosquitoes were killed used alcohol 70 % and they were identified. The observation of abiotic factors include of temperature, wind speed, light intensity, and humidity. The coordinates point of the sampling locations were recorded by a GPS (Global Positioning System). The composition of mosquito in Bareng Tenes consist of three species, i.e Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus and Culex quinquefasciatus. A. aegypti dominated at indoor location and A. albopictus dominated at out door locations. The distribution of mosquito was a uniform and the value of Marisita’s index was less than 1. The value diversity index of Shannon Wiener within the first week and the fourth week were medium (1<H’<3). The Shannon Wiener index for the second week and the third week were low (H’<1). Based on Man Hour Density (MHD) calculation. Resulted that Bareng Tenes has a low potential risk of DHF, but there were has high risk of DHF transmission at elementary school (SDN 05 Bareng) and RT 6 area.
