Abstract
Komunitas dapat diartikan sebagai kelompok khusus dari orang-orang yang tinggal dalam wilayah tertentu dengan memiliki gaya hidup dan kebudayaan yang sama, sadar akan bagian dari satu kesatuan, dan dapat bertindak secara bersama dalam usaha mereka untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu, contohnya seperti kelompok Teater Tetas di Jakarta Selatan. Bertahannya Teater Tetas saat ini tidak terlepas dari adanya tekad dan semangat yang dimiliki oleh para anggotanya. Tujuan mereka adalah untuk bisa membuat Tetas terus bertahan di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi yang saat ini sudah maju, yang dimana kesenian teater semakin lama semakin terpinggirkan. Tekad ingin terus mempertahankan Tetas tidak hanya dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang sudah lama berproses bersama Tetas saja, akan tetapi juga dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang bukan berasal dari Tetas. Mereka juga mencoba untuk menumbuhkan rasa semangat dan rasa cintanya terhadap kesenian di Tetas. Tetas juga bisa menjadi rumah bagi para pecinta teater dan juga bisa menjadi halte bagi para individu-individu yang memang ingin mengenal Tetas. Tidak ada paksaan untuk tetap tinggal maupun pergi dari Tetas sendiri. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini berupaya untuk menjawab rumusan masalah (1) Strategi apa yang dilakukan oleh para anggota kelompok untuk tetap menjaga keberadaan Teater Tetas itu sendiri. (2) Bagaimana bentuk solidaritas dan jaringan sosial kelompok Teater Tetas. Hasil dari penelitian penulis menunjukan bahwa berbagai cara mereka lakukan untuk mencoba mempertahankan Teater Tetas tetap ada hingga saat ini. Salah satunya adalah rasa nyaman yang mereka berikan tidak hanya terhadap anggota Tetas saja, akan tetapi juga terhadap orang yang bukan berasal dari Tetas. Sehingga Tetas tidak pernah merasa kehilangan untuk terus bisa berkreasi dan menerima pendapat dari orang lain. Selanjutnya, bentuk solidaritas yang mereka tunjukan tidak hanya terhadap sesama anggota Tetas saja, akan tetapi juga mereka tunjukan kepada orang-orang atau kelompok lain. Solidaritas juga dapat menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa Tetas bisa bertahan hingga saat ini. Begitu juga dengan jaringan sosial, mereka sampai sekarang masih menjaga dan berhubungan baik dengan orang-orang yang sudah banyak sekali membantu Tetas .Mereka mencoba untuk bisa menanamkan hal-hal positif terhadap tiap-tiap individu dan juga kelompok lain.
English Abstract
Community can be defined as a special group of peoplewho living in certain areas with the same lifestyle and culture that aware of being part of unity, and can act together in their efforts to achieve a certain goal. For instance, Tetas Teater group in South Jakarta. The persistence of Teater Tetas is currently inseparable from the determination and passion possessed by its members. Their goal is to make the Tetas continue to survive amid the swift currents of globalization that is now developed, which where the theater art more and more marginalized. The determination to continue defend the Tetas is not only done by people who have long processed together with Tetas, but also done by people who are not from Tetas. They also try to foster a sense of spirit and love of art in Tetas. Tetas is home for theater lovers and also to be a thing for individuals who want to know Tetas. It has no compulsion to stay or leave from this home. Descriptive research with this qualitative approach seeks to answer the problem formulation (1) What strategy is done by the group members to keep the existence of Teater Tetas itself. (2) How to form solidarity and social network of Teater Tetas group. The results of the study show that the various ways they do to try to keep the Theatre Tetas still exist today. One of them is the cosiness they give.It is not onlygiven to members, but also to people who are not from Tetas. So thatTetas never feel lost to continue to be creative and accept opinions from others. Furthermore, the form of solidarity that they show not only to members of the Tetas members, but also, they show to other people or groups. Solidarity can also be one of the reasons why Tetas can survive to this day. Likewise, with social networks, they still maintain and relate well to people who have helped the Tetas a lot. They try to instill positive things for each individual as well as other groups.
