Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan penyakit dengan prevalensi 9,5%. Deteksi dini merupakan salah satu strategi utama untuk menghindari komplikasi hipertensi di usia ≥15 tahun. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan pentingnya kegiatan deteksi dini. Kemampuan deteksi dini faktor risiko hipertensi merupakan suatu tindakan pencegahan hipertensi secara dini yang dilakukan oleh kader Posbindu PTM. Program Posbindu PTM sangat penting untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan secara promotif dan preventif untuk mengurangi risiko kejadian hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap kemampuan deteksi dini faktor risiko hipertensi pada kader Posbindu PTM di Puskesmas Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar, dengan menggunakan metode quasy eksperimental dengan rancangan nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design dan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (n=10) serta kelompok kontrol (n=10). Sampel dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling dan pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan deteksi dini faktor risiko hipertensi sesudah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan sebanyak 6 orang dengan kategori tinggi. Pada kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan penyuluhan tidak ada peningkatan, bahkan kemampuannya yang kurang bertambah dari 6 orang menjadi 7 orang. Hasil uji paired t test pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan p-value sebesar 0.000 (p-value<0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan skor kemampuan deteksi dini faktor risiko hipertensi sesudah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Disarankan untuk tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar mengadakan program pelatihan kepada kader yang dilakukan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kader
English Abstract
Hypertension is a disease with a prevalence of 9.5%. Hypertension is a disease with a prevalence of 9.5%. Early detection is one of the main strategies to avoid complications of hypertension at age ≥15 years. These conditions lead to the importance of early detection activities. The early detection ability of hypertension risk factor is a precautionary measure of hypertension done by cadre Posbindu PTM. PTM Posbindu Program is very important to improve health status in promotive and preventive way to reduce risk of hypertension incidence. This study aims to find out whether there is any influence of health counseling on the ability of early detection of hypertension risk factor in cadre of Posbindu PTM at Ponggok-Blitar public health center. This study is using experimental quasy method with non randomized pretest-posttest control group design and divided into intervention group (n=10) and control group (n=10). Samples were chosen by simple random sampling method and data were collected using observation sheet. The results showed that the increased ability of early detection of hypertension risk factors after being given health education as many as 6 people with high category. In the control group who were not given counseling there was no increase, even the ability of less than 6 people to 7 people. The result of paired t test in intervention group and control group shows p-value equal to 0.000 (p-value <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect on increasing the score of early detection ability of hypertension risk factor after being given health education in intervention group and control group. It is recommended for health workers of Ponggok Puskesmas Blitar District to conduct training programs to the cadres conducted regularly to improve cadre ability.
