Abstract

Pembelajaran ketrampilan klinik mahasiswa kedokteran tahap akademik dilaksanakan mulai saat preklinik, kepaniteraan umum (Panum) di akhir masa preklinik dan diujikan dengan OSCE (Objective Structural Clinical Examination). Situasi pembelajaran ketrampilan klinik dan OSCE dengan metode simulasi berbeda dengan situasi yang nyata pada tahap profesi nantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan nilai OSCE dan kepuasan dalam proses pembelajaran ketrampilan klinik mahasiswa tahap akademik dengan kesiapan melakukan tindakan medik pada tahap profesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 90 mahasiswa kedokteran FKUB angkatan 2013 (tahun ke-4 Pendidikan Dokter). Data yang dianalisis didapat dari nilai OSCE Panum, kuesioner kepuasan proses pembelajaran dan kuesioner kesiapan melakukan tindakan medik. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman dengan nilai signifikansi p<0,05 menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kepuasan dalam proses pembelajaran ketrampilan klinik dengan kesiapan mahasiswa melakukan tindakan medik pada tahap profesi memiliki p-value 0,001 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,347. Sedangkan, hubungan nilai OSCE Panum dengan kesiapan melakukan tindakan medik pada tahap profesi didapatkan p-value 0,578 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -0,059. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepuasan dalam proses pembelajaran ketrampilan klinik mahasiswa tahap akademik dengan kesiapan melakukan tindakan medik pada tahap profesi. Sedangkan, tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara nilai OSCE Panum dengan kesiapan mahasiswa melakukan tindakan medik pada tahap profesi.

English Abstract

Learning clinical skills of medical students of academic stage is implemented from preclinical, preclerkship (Panum) at the end of preclinical phase and tested with OSCE (Objective Structural Clinical Examination). The learning situation of clinical skills and OSCE with simulation method is different from the real situation in clinical practice. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between OSCE score and satisfaction in the learning process of clinical skills of the students of academic stage with the readiness to perform clinical skills in clinical practice. This study used analytic observational study method and cross-sectional study design. The number of respondents in this study were 90 medical students of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya (class of 2013, fourth year medical students). The analyzed data were obtained from OSCE Panum score, questionnaire of learning process satisfaction and readiness questionnaire to perform clinical skills. Spearman correlation test with significance value of p <0.05 showed that the correlation of satisfaction in the learning process of clinical skills with the readiness of students to perform clinical skills in clinical practice had p-value 0,001 with correlation coefficient value of 0.347. Meanwhile, the correlation of OSCE Panum score with the readiness to perform clinical skills in clinical practice was obtained p-value 0,578 with correlation coefficient value of -0,059. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant correlation between the satisfaction in the learning process of clinical skills of the students of academic stage with the readiness to perform clinical skills in clinical practice. Meanwhile, there is no significant correlation between OSCE Panum score and students's readiness to perform clinical skills in clinical practice.
