Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi kepercayaan melakukan transaksi berbasis online. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikemukakan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989 dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk memperoleh data. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang dengan jumlah sampel yang dapat diolah sebanyak 217 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa konstruk antara lain pengetahuan individu, persepsi keamanan, dan persepsi privasi berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kepercayaan melakukan transaksi berbasis online, sedangkan sikap individu berpengaruh negatif persepsi kepercayaan melakukan transaksi berbasis online.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine factors that affect perceived trust in online-based transactions. This study uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis in 1989. The data of this research are obtained from surveys method to obtain data. On a sample of Accounting Department students in the Faculty Economic and Business in Brawijaya University. The number of the sample that can be processed is 217. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) in analyzing the data. The result of the research indicates that the constructs,i.e. individual knowledge, perceived security, and perceived privacy, have a positive effect on perceived trust in online-based transactions. However, individual attitudes have a negative effect on perceived trust in online-based transactions.
