Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Puskesmas (PKP) terhadap Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dengan belanja langsung APBD dan APBN sebagai variabel anteseden. Kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada masyarakat mengenai layanan yang diberikan oleh Puskesmas dapat tercermin dari pencapaian IKM. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh puskesmas di Kabupaten Madiun dari tahun 2013, 2014 dan 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PKP berpengaruh positif terhadap pencapaian IKM, PKP berpengaruh positif terhadap IKM dengan variabel anteseden belanja langsung APBD, dan PKP berpengaruh positif terhadap IKM dengan variabel anteseden belanja langsung APBN.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of performance assessment of Puskesmas (community health center) on society satisfaction index with local government and central government direct expenditures as the antecedent variables. Society Satisfaction Index is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the communities about the services provided by the health centers. The population of this research is all public health centers in the Regency of Madiun. The observation period is 2013-2015. The result of the research shows that the performance assessment has a positive effect on Society Satisfaction Index, that the performance assessment, with local government direct expenditures as the antecedent variable, has a positive effect on Society Satisfaction Index, and that the performance assessment, with central government direct expenditure as the antecedent variable, has a positive effect on Society Satisfaction Index.
