Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah dan menentukan jumlah atraktan minyak cumi yang terbaik dalam formula pakan terhadap retensi protein, lemak dan energi pada ikan sidat (A. bicolor) stadia elver. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu penambahan jumlah atraktan yang berbeda dalam pakan isoprotein 45% dan isoenergi 3,60 kkal/g, antara lain perlakuan A (kontrol/tanpa penambahan atraktan), B (penambahan jumlah atraktan minyak cumi 1%), C (penambahan jumlah atraktan minyak cumi 2%) dan D (penambahan jumlah atraktan minyak cumi 3%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan jumlah atraktan minyak cumi yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh terhadap retensi protein, retensi lemak dan retensi energi. Retensi terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan D (penambahan jumlah atraktan minyak cumi 3%) dengan nilai retensi protein sebesar 12,57±0,95% retensi lemak sebesar 31,80±0,53% dan retensi energi sebesar 8,90±0,32%.
English Abstract
The aim of this study was to know the effect and determine the best doses squid oil as attractants in diet for protein, fat and energy retention of Elver Ell (Anguilla bicolor). This study used experiment method based on Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatments used were the addition of different doses of attractant in diet 45% isoprotein and isoenergy of 3,60 kcal/g, such treatment A (control/without addition of attractant), B (addition of 1% doses of attractant), C (addition of 2% doses of attractant) and D (addition of 3% doses of attractant). The results showed that different doses of squid oil as attractants in diet were significantly influence the retention of protein, fat and energy on Elver Ell (Anguilla bicolor). The best result of retention is in treatment D (addition of 3% doses of attractant), with protein retention value of 12,57±0,95%, fat retention of 31,80±0,53% and energy retention of 8,90±0,32%. In conclusion, treatment D (addition of 3% doses of attractant) was the best doses of attractants in diet that affect the retention of protein, fat and energy on Elver Ell (Anguilla bicolor).
