Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pendapatan usahatani jambu biji kristal di UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera, Dusun Banaran, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu informasi dari Direktur perusahaan yakni Rakhmad Hardiyanto dan pegawai UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera yaitu Wahyu. Dilakukan analisis faktor produksi untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi usahatani jambu biji kristal. Berdasarkan analisis pendapatan usahatani jambu biji kristal di UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera, perusahaan masih dapat memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 726.337.668, dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 31,69. Nilai R/C ratio menunjukkan bahwa usahatani jambu biji kristal di UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera menguntungkan apabila diusahakan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat produksi dan harga berapa usaha tersebut tidak mengalami keuntungan tidak pula mengalami kerugian, analisis BEP sangat dibutuhkan. Nilai BEP unit yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 763 kg dan BEP harga sebesar Rp. 11.490.134.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze revenue in guava crystal farmin in UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera, Banaran Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. In order to attain the objective, this study uses primary data that are collected from UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera director and employees. Production factor analysis is used to analyze factors that affect guava crystal farming. Based on the analysis of guava crystal farming revenue in UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera, the company can still earn the revenue as much as Rp. 726.337.668 with R/C ratio of 31,69. R/C ratio value indicates that guava crystal farming in UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera is still profitable to cultivated. To know the level of production and price of how the business is not experiencing no profit nor lose, BEP analysis is needed. The BEP value of the units is 763 kg and the BEP price is Rp. 11.490.134
