The aim of this research was to determine the effect of addition of Kepok’s banana peel (Musa acuminata x balbisiana) fermented with Rhizopus oligosporus to a ration comprising of 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20% on relative weight gain, slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage of weaned New Zealand White rabbit’s crossbreed. The method of this research was experiment in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and each treatment consisted of five replications. There were 25 heads of weaned New Zealand White rabbit’s crossbreed used in this research. The fermented Kepok’s banana peel were added to P0 (0%), P1 (5%), P2 (10%), P3 (15%) and P4 (20%). The variables were relative weight gain, slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage. The result showed that the highest value of relative weight gain was 0,9 g/head, the slaughter weight was 1570 g, carcass weight was 778 g and carcass percentage was 49,75%. The conclusion was the addition of fermented Kepok’s banana peel on rabbit’s feed can not improved slaughter weight, carcass weight, and carcass percentage.
