Abstract
Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset utama sebagai bagian yang menggerakkan sistem dalam organisasi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Salah satu proses manajemen SDM yang penting dalam mendatkan dan mempertahankan kualitas SDM yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan adalah dengan menerapkan proses rekrutmen yang tepat. Rekrutmen yang baik adalah dengan menerpakan tahapan dalam rekrutmen apa saja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan perusahaan, dari proses rekrutmen sampai sumber rekrutmen. PT Cahaya Kurnia Motor menerapakan proses rekrutmen yang sesuai dalam perekrutan karyawan, dari sumber internal dan eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja dan intention to leave karyawan di PT Cahaya Kurnia Motor Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis jalur, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen, seleksi, kinerja, dan intention to leave karyawan berada dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, seleksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, rekrutmen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave, seleksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave, dan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Namun, rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave. Selain itu, kinerja berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave.
English Abstract
Human Resource (HR) is a major asset as part of the move of system within the organization in order to achieve organizational goals. One of the important HR management processes in developing and improving the quality of human resources in an organization is implementing the right recruitment process. Good recruitment must apply stages in any recruitment that suits company needs, from the recruitment process to the source of recruitment. PT Kurnia Motor applies the appropriate recruitment process in employee recruitment, from internal resouces and external resources. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of recruitment and selection on the performance and intention to leave employees at PT Cahaya Kurnia Motor Bekasi. This research used explanatory quantitative method. The sample of this research were 47 respondent. Data collection technique that used were questionnaire and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, path analysis, and coefficient of determination The result of this research showed that recruitment, selection, employee’s performance, and intention to leave PT Cahaya Kurnia Motor Bekasi be in good category. the result of this research showed that recruitment significant had an positive impact on employee’s performance, selection significant had positive an impact on employee’s performance, recruitment had a negative impact and significant impact to intention to leave, selection had a negative impact and significant impact to intention to leave, and employee’s performance had an impact on intention to leave. It could be concluded that both on recruitment and selection had an impact on employee’s performance. But recruitment and selection had a negative impact on intention to leave. Otherwise, employee’s performance had a significant impact on intention to leave. So that it could be concluded that recruitmen and selection had an impact on employee’s performance and had a negative impact and significant on intention to leave.
