Abstract
Kota Kediri merupakan salah satu kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang dikenal sebagai kota tahu. Di Kota Kediri, Kelurahan Tinalan dikenal sebagai sentra pembuatan tahu, dengan jumlah pengusaha tahu yang terdiri dari 7 UKM (tahu basah), 3 UKM (olahan tahu), serta 2 UKM (tahu basah dan olahannya). Adapun UKM yang masuk dalam klaster Stik tahu Kelurahan Tinalan berjumlah 5 UKM dengan rata-rata produksi pada masing-masing UKM mencapai 420kg/bulan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh klaster UKM Stik Tahu di Kelurahan Tinalan adalah sulitnya memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku apabila permintaan meningkat secara pesat dan kinerja UKM yang belum maksimal, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap daya saing UKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan hubungan kelembagaan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja dan daya saing UKM, selain itu juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan antara kinerja terhadap daya saing. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Last Square), dengan kelembagaan rantai pasok (X) sebagai variabel eksogen, serta kinerja (Y1) dan daya saing (Y2) sebagai veriabel endogen. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 15 responden, yang terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal selama 3 tahun. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh model persamaan struktural yaitu Y1 = 0.682X + ζ dan Y2 = 0.664X + 0.323 Y1+ ζ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelembagaan rantai pasok memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Kepercayaan merupakan indikator yang memberi pengaruh besar pada kelembagaan rantai pasok. Kelembagaan rantai pasok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing UKM. Adanya daya saing yang tinggi dihasilkan karena SDM yang terampil. Disisi lain, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya saing UKM. Adanya peningkatan daya saing tidak didasarkan pada peningkatan dan penurunan kinerja, melainkan pada adanya kesempatan peningkatan daya saing melalui event promosi sebagai sarana pemasaran produk yang timbul karena komunikasi antar anggota kelembagaan
English Abstract
Kediri is one of the towns in East Java province, known as the Tahu City. In the town of Kediri, the village was known as Tinalan the center making tofu, with a number of entrepreneurs know that consists of 7 SMEs (basic tofu), 3 SMEs (processed tofu), as well as 2 SMEs (both of basic and processed tofu). As for the SMES cluster in Tofu Sticks Tinalan totalling 5 SMES with an average production of each SME reach 420kg/month. The problems faced by the SME cluster Tofu Sticks out at the Tinalan is the difficulty of meeting the needs of raw materials when the demand increases rapidly and the performance of SMES that have not been fullest, so that it will have an effect on the competitiveness of SMES. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of institutional relationships and supply chain towards the performance and competitiveness of SMEs, in addition to knowing the influence and relationship between performance towards competitiveness. One method that can be used is PLS (Partial Last Square), with the institutional supply chain (X) as an exogenous variable, as well as performance (Y1) and competitiveness (Y2) as the endogenous veriabel. The number of samples in this research as much as 15 respondents, consisting of owners and employees who have worked for at least 3 years. On the research of the structural equation model was obtained i.e. Y1 = X + 0.682 ζ and Y2 = 0.682 X + Y1 + 0323 ζ. The results showed that institutional supply chain has a significant influence on performance of SMES. The trust is an indicator which gives it great influence on institutional supply chain. The institutional supply chain effect significantly to competitiveness of SMES. The presence of high competitiveness generated due to skilled human resources. On the other hand, the results showed that the performance of no effect significantly to competitiveness of SMES. An increase in competitiveness is not based on increase and decrease of performance, but on the existence of the opportunity of increased competitiveness through the promotion of the event as a means of marketing a product that arise due to the communication between members of the institutional.
