Abstract
Pemberian informasi obat bertujuan agar pasien dapat mengetahui penggunaan obat yang diterimanya. Oleh karena itu, apoteker dituntut untuk memberikan informasi obat yang digunakan pasien agar tidak terjadi kesalahan pengobatan pada saat melakukan swamedikasi. Apabila peran apoteker dalam memberikan informasi obat telah sesuai, maka akan membentuk suatu penilaian, yaitu kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian informasi obat oleh apoteker terhadap kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan swamedikasi di apotek Kota Malang. Penelitian ini telah mendapatkan persetujuan laik etik dengan nomor 257/EC/KEPK-S1-FARM/07/2007. Metode penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 pasien. Pemilihan sampel apotek dengan random sampling secara cluster sampling, dimana sampel diambil perkecamatan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner pemberian informasi obat dan kepuasan pasien yang telah tervalidasi. Hasil penelitian yang diuji menggunakan somers’d menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,021 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu terdapat hubungan pemberian informasi obat oleh apoteker terhadap kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan swamedikasi.
English Abstract
The provide drug information aims to determine the use of drugs that patients receive. Therefore, the pharmacist is required to provide drug information for patient, to prevent medication error at the time of self-medication. This research aims to determine the association between drug information provided by pharmacists and patient satisfaction in self-medication therapy at pharmacy of malang. This study has obtained ethical approval with number 257/EC/KEPK-S1-FARM/07/2007. The method of this research was observational analytic with cross sectional approach method. The number of samples in this study were 96 patient. Selection of samples of pharmacies by random sampling by cluster sampling, where samples taken each sub district. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling, which fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used are drug information provided questionnaire and patient satisfaction questionnaire that have been validated. The result of the research which tested by using somers'd showing the significance value of 0,021 (p <0,05) it means there is a significant relation between the two variables. The conclusion of this research, there is correlation between drug information provided by pharmacist and patient satisfaction in selfmedication.
