Abstract
Seseorang yang menganggap dirinya sakit akan melakukan upaya untuk memperoleh kesehatan, salah satunya dengan mengobati diri sendiri. Upaya mengobati diri sendiri dikenal dengan swamedikasi dilakukan untuk penyakit ringan diantaranya demam, batuk pilek, nyeri, diare dan gastritis. Kesalahan pengobatan (medication error) sering terjadi pada swamedikasi dapat disebabkan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan pasien akan penggunaan obat diantaranya gastritis. Pemberian konseling pada pasien swamedikasi obat gastritis penting karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling terhadap pengetahuan pasien swamedikasi obat gastritis pada beberapa apotek di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini telah disetujui oleh Komite Etik Penelitian Kesehatan No. 256/EC/KEPK-S1-FARM/07/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain studi one group pre-test dan post-test dan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel apotek dengan cluster sampling, dimana sampel diambil perkecamatan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 sampel yang diambil secara purposive sampling, yaitu yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang sudah ditentukan. Perubahan pengetahuan pasien dinilai dari skor kuesioner sebelum dan setelah diberi konseling. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor pengetahuan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah diberi konseling (p=0,000). Pemberian konseling terhadap perubahan pengetahuan pasien swamedikasi obat gastritis bernilai positif dengan nilai ranks 90.
English Abstract
Someone who considers their self sick will make an effort to obtain health, one of them with a treat yourself. The attempt to treat yourself known by selfmedication done for minor ailments including fever, cough, aches, colds diarrhea and gastritis. Error treatment (medication error) occurs frequently on selfmedication due to the limitations of knowledge patients would use the drug for example gastritis. Administering counseling in self-medication’s patient of gastritis is important because it can improve the patient knowledge. This research aims to know the influence of counselling to patient knowledge in self-medication of gastritis at some Pharmacy in Malang. This research has been approved by the Committee Ethics of health research No. 256/EC/KEPK-S1-FARM/07/2017. This type of research is observational analytic study design with one group pre-test and post-test and draft cross sectional study. The selection of the sample of pharmacies by cluster sampling, where samples are taken by sub-district. The number of samples in the study was 100 samples taken by purposive sampling, which include the criteria of inclusion and exclusion which is already specified. The change of patient’s knowledge calculated from questionnaire’s score before and after being given counseling. The result of the research analyze by Wilcoxon test shows that there is a significant difference of score knowledge before and after being given counselling (p = 0.000). Administering counseling to changes the patient knowledge of gastritis self-medication is positive with the value 90 ranks.
