Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan profil kualitas air serta menentukan dampak aktivitas manusia di perairan berdasarkan beberapa indeks biotik dari fitoplankton. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di lima lokasi dan reference site masing-masing terletak di Desa Bhinor, Kabupaten Probolinggo dan Desa Banyuglugur, Kabupaten Situbondo. Pengambilan sampel fitoplankton dan sifat fisika-kimia air tiap lokasi dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali. The objectives of this research is to determine profile of water quality and determine the impact of human activity in waters based on some biotic index of phytoplankton. Sampling was conducted in five locations and reference site located in Bhinor Village, Probolinggo and Banyuglugur Village, Situbondo.
