Abstract

PG. Krebet Baru Malang merupakan perusahaan gula yang telah memiliki dua pabrik yaitu PG. Krebet Baru I dan PG. Krebet Baru II. PG. Krebet Baru II Malang dibangun untuk memenuhi program pengembangan kapasitas produksi. Pada Tahun 2017 ini jumlah karyawan administrasi PG. Krebet Baru II ini berjumlah 32 karyawan dan karyawan pelaksana berjumlah 78 karyawan. Pada karyawan administrasi di PG. Krebet Baru II Malang didapati karyawan yang masih melakukan aktivitas tidak produktif. Karyawan administrasi sering kali didapati sedang mengobrol, bermain handphone, makan diluar jam istirahat dan lain-lain. Hal ini disebabkan belum pernah diadakannya standar beban kerja pada karyawan administrasi sehingga beban kerja yang kurang sesuai dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis beban kerja karyawan administrasi dan analisis mengenai kebutuhan jumlah karyawan administrasi setiap divisi di PG. Krebet Baru II Bululawang, Kabupaten Malang dengan pendekatan metode Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs. Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs adalah metode untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan standar beban kerjanya. Metode ini sering digunakan pada sumber daya manusia dengan bentuk jasa, karyawan administasi, maupun tenaga medis. Metode ini memiliki tahapan dalam perhitungannya yaitu menetapkan waktu kerja tersedia, menetapkan unit kerja yang dihitung, menentukan waktu allowance, menghitung standar beban kerja, dan perhitungan Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan perbedaan dengan jumlah kenyataan karyawan yang ada di PG. Krebet Baru II Malang dimana pada divisi Human Resource dan General Affair didapat sebanyak 8,92 atau 9 karyawan pada WISN dimana terjadi selisih jumlah 3 karyawan dengan keadaan pada perusahaan dengan 12 karyawan. Divisi Financial didapat sebanyak 12,15 atau 13 karyawan pada WISN terjadi selisih jumlah 2 karyawan dengan keadaan pada perusahaan dengan 15 karyawan. Sedangkan divisi Akuntan dan EDP didapat sebanyak 3,98 atau 4 karyawan pada WISN terjadi selisih jumlah 1 karyawan dengan keadaan pada perusahaan dengan 5 karyawan.

English Abstract

PG. Krebet Baru Malang is a sugar cane company has two company. There are PG. Krebet Baru I and PG. Krebet Baru II. PG. Krebet Baru II Malang built for meeting developed production capacity of company. In 2017, PG. Krebet Baru II has 32 worker of administration and 78 worker of operation. For administartion worker in PG. Krebet Baru II Malang is placed by unproductive activities. Administration workers are always talking, doing something with their smartphone, eating in outside resting time and others. Those activities are caused because it has not ever been doing workload standard for their workers of administration. Although workload is unsuitable and can make thier company loss. This research will analyst workload of administration workers and analyst about amount of administration workers in each division in PG. Krebet Baru II Bululawang, Malang, with approximation method Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs. Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs is method for knowing needed amount of human resources which is needed and based on workload standard. This method is always used in human resource at service company, administation worker, and medical worker. This method has many steps in their counting are determine available worktime, determine working unit is counted, determine allowance time, count standard workload, and count Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs. Based on this research, it seems differences between amount of realization worker which is available in PG. Krebet Baru II Malang where on Human Resource and General Affair division. It can be reached 8.92 or 9 workers on WISN which is happened dispute 3 workers. Which in fact, there are 12 workers in this company. Finance division is got about 12.15 or 13 workers on WISN which is happened dispute 2 workers. Which in fact, there are 15 workers in this company. And accountant and EDP division is got about 3.98 or 4 workers on WISN which is happened dispute 1 worker. Which in fact, there are 5 workers in this company.
