Abstract
Dana desa digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur dan pembedayaan masyarakat untuk mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi dan mensejahterakan masyarakat desa. Namun demikian dalam aktivitas pengelolaan dana desa tersebut terjadi kesenjangan yang besar antara penggunaan desa untuk pembangunan infrasruktur dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana pengaruh dana desa terhadap Pembangunan Infrastruktur Desa dan untuk mengukur sejauh mana pengaruh dana desa terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data terkait dengan dana desa lalu dilakukan uji data dan uji hipotesis tentang pengaruh dana desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, lalu dilakukan wawancara terhadap perangkat desa dan masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dana desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur desa berpengaruh positif dan berbanding lurus sebesar 87,7% dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan berbanding lurus dana desa terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat sebesar 85%. Pengaruh dana desa pada pembangunan infastruktur sebagai penunjang jalannya ekonomi dan pengaruh dana desa pada pemberdayaan berupa peningkatan UKM, pengelolaan bank sampah dan pelatihan usaha ekonomi sebagai penunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat.
English Abstract
Village funds are used in an effort to increase infrastructure development and community empowerment to reduce economic disparities and rural community prosperity. However, in the village fund management activities there is a large gap between the use of villages for infrastructure development and community empowerment. The purpose of this research to measure the extent of village funds' influence on Village Infrastructure Development and to measure the extent of village funding's influence on Village Community Empowerment. This research used quantitative and qualitative method. The research started with collecting data related to the village fund and then tested the data and hypothesis test about the influence of village fund on infrastructure development and community empowerment, then interviewed the village and surrounding community. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that village fund for village infrastructure development has positive and proportional effect equal to 87,7% and there is positive influence and directly proportional to village fund toward community empowerment equal to 85%. The influence of village funds on infrastructure development to support the economy and the influence of village funds on empowerment in the form of increasing UKM, waste bank management and economic business training as supporting the people's welfare.
