Abstract

Pengendalian adalah suatu kegiatan yang sering dilakukan untuk mengendalikan nilai suatu variable. Pengaturan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai macam cara dari lup terbuka hingga tertutup. Pada laporan ini menyajikan perkembangan sistem kendali Kecepatan motor DC dengan kaskade yang dimana pada loop terluar diterapkan kontrol PI dan pada loop dalam di terapkan pengendali RST digital, serta diterapkan gangguan ramp dengan kenaikan torsi beban sebesar 0,02Nm. Kaskade lebih tahan terhadap gangguan dengan reduksi gangguan hingga 99,8% sedangkan pada PI single loop tidak mampu mereduksi gangguan yang diberikan (terjadi offset ketika diberi gangguan) dan Kaskade memiliki kemampuan untuk menurunkan overshoot pada single loop memiliki overshoot sebesar 18% menjadi 17%, keefisienan sistem dapat dilihat dari lonjakan arus (starting current) dimana semakin kecil lonjakan arus (starting current) maka sistem semakin efisien (aman dan tidak boros listrik), pada kaskade memiliki lonjakan arus lebih kecil yaitu 2,28 Ampere sedangkan pada single loop 3,1 Ampere.

English Abstract

Controll is an activity that is often done to control the value of a variable. Settings can be done in various ways from the loop open to closed. This report presents the development of the control system DC motor speed with cascade which in the outer loop is applied PI control and in the inner loop applied by digital RST controller, and applied ramp interference with increase of load torque equal to 0,02Nm. The cascade is more resistant to interference with noise reduction up to 99.8% while the single loop PI is not capable of reducing the given noise (offset when interrupted) and the cascade has the ability to lower the overshoot on a single loop having an overshoot of 18% to 17% The efficiency of the system can be seen from the current springs where the smaller the starting current, the system is more efficient (safe and not wasteful of electricity), the cascade has a smaller current surge that is 2.28 Ampere In a single loop 3.1 Ampere
