Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kemudahan penggunaan persepsian (perceived ease of use) sistem sebagai faktor determinan berdasarkan salah satu konstruk dalam Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah responden sebanyak 186 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ialah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepermainan komputer dan kesenangan persepsian berpengaruh terhadap kemudahan penggunaan. Individu yang merasa senang dan nyaman saat menggunakan komputer akan merasa mudah dalam menggunakan sistem. Keyakinan sendiri, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, dan kecemasan komputer tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemudahan penggunaan sistem persepsian individu.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinant factors of individual perceived ease of use based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research is conducted at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The primary data are obtained through questionnaires which are distributed towards 186 employees selected purposively as the research samples. The data are analyzed by hypothesis testing with SmartPLS 2.0. The result of the analysis show that computer playfulness and perceived enjoyment are affect perceived ease of use. Individuals who are pleased and comfortable tend to feel easy at applying the computer system. On the other hand, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, and computer anxiety are proven to have no influence toward perceived ease of use.
