Abstract
Bantuan luar negeri merupakan sebuah cara baru yang digunakan oleh negara yang memiliki kelebihan sumber daya baik ekonomi, keuangan, pangan maupun hal lainnya untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan pada negara yang menerima bantuan luar negeri. Jepang merupakan negara yang pada masa perang dunia ke dua tercatat dalam sejarah pernah menjajah Indonesia. Tetapi setelah perang dingin hingga sekarang Jepang merupakan negara yang paling besar dalam memberikan bantuan luar negeri terhadap Indonesia. Puncak bantuan luar negeri Jepang terbesar terjadi pada tahun 2008 hingga 2010 secara berturut turut. Dalam penelitian kali ini penulis mencoba menjelaskan apa motif Jepang dalam pemberian bantuan luar negeri terhadap Indonesia tahun 2008-2010 dengan menggunakan konsep Aid Allocation Motives dan dengan metode deskriptif.
English Abstract
Foreign aid is a new way of being being used by countries with the advantages of economic, financial, food and other resources to achieve the purpose in the country that receiving foreign aid. Japan is a country that was in the second world war recorded in Indonesia colonized history. After the cold waruntill now Japan is the largest country in providing foreign aid to Indonesia. The largest of Japan’s foreign aid accured in 2008 to 2010 respectively. In this case the outhor tries to explain the Japan motive in providing foreign assistance to Indonesia in 2008-2010 using the concept of Aid Allocation Motives and with descriptive method.
