Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kepuasan pengguna IFMIS menggunakan model sistem informasi. Model penelitian merupakan penggabungan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan model DeLone dan McLean dengan menambahkan pengaruh sosial dan Computer Self Efficacy. Jenis penelitian ini adalah causal explenatory dengan non probability sampling sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian dilakukan pada Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan (DJPB), Kementerian Keuangan, sebanyak 201 responden berhasil diperoleh pada penelitian ini. Hasil analisis dengan partial least square menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis didukung yang ditunjukkan dengan hubungan positif dan signifikan antar variabel dalam model. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan TAM, model DeLone dan McLean serta Cognitif Social Theory. Selain hal tersebut, SPAN dan SAKTI dapat dimanfaatkan lebih optimal sebagai aplikasi dalam IFMIS. Implikasi lainnya adalah sebagai referensi pengambilan kebijakan oleh DJPB dalam pengembangan SPAN dan SAKTI.
English Abstract
Objective of this study is to assess IFMIS user satisfaction using the information system model. This is combination of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and model of DeLone and McLean, adding with social influence and Computer Self Efficacy. This is causal explenatory research with non probability sampling as sampling technique. The research was conducted at the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPB), Ministry of Finance, 201 respondens has attained in this reseach. The result with partial least square shows that all hypotheses are supported which is indicated by positive and significant relation between variables in the model. The results of this research can be used to development of TAM, model of DeLone and McLean and Cognitive Social Theory. Furthermore, optimalization of SPAN and SAKTI can be done as an IFMIS application. Another implication is policy-making references by DJPB in the development of SPAN and SAKTI.
