Abstract

Evaluasi Pembelajaran pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak didik, serta melihat keberhasilan rencana pembelajaran. PAUD Seruni 05 mencatat penilaian kegiatan harian secara umum pada buku catatan. Sehingga perkembangan tiap anak didik tidak dicatat secara detail. Hal ini bertolak belakang dengan prinsip kurikulum yang berlaku saat ini. Pada Kurikulum 2013 terdapat 3 macam penilaian, yaitu anekdot, checklist dan hasil karya. Penerapan Kurikulum 2013 menyulitkan karena pendidik membutuhkan waktu lama mengelola banyak detail peristiwa hanya untuk tiap anak didik dalam sehari. Proses pengolahan ketiga macam penilaian menjadi suatu laporan evaluasi akan membutuhkan waktu lama. Oleh karena itu dikembangkan Sistem Evaluasi Pembelajaran PAUD untuk memudahkan proses penilaian dan pelaporan perkembangan anak. Sistem menerapkan Rational Unified Process (RUP) sehingga memungkinkan adanya analisis resiko lebih awal, karena dikembangkan secara iteratif dan increment. Pengembangan dilakukan sedikit demi sedikit dan dapat mengakomodasi adanya perbaikan sistem dan perubahan kebutuhan Seruni 05, namun tidak berakibat pada penundaan jadwal proyek. Pengujian unit dan pengujian integrasi menunjukkan bahwa cyclomatic complexity ≤ 10 yang berarti mudah dilakukan maintenance dan pemahaman logika program. Pengujian validasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi dari fungsionalitas sistem telah sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan. System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapatkan nilai 84,9. Pengujian compatibility menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan di berbagai perangkat smartphone OS Android versi 2.3 keatas.

English Abstract

Evaluation System of Early Childhood Education Learning aims to determine the growth and development of students, and see the success of the lesson plan. PAUD Seruni 05 records the daily activities in general in the assessment book. So the development of each student is not recorded in detail. This is in contrast to current curriculum principles. In Curriculum 2013 there are 3 kinds of assessment, namely anecdotes, checklist and artwork. The implementation of Curriculum 2013 makes it difficult for teachers because take long time to manage many detail events for each student in a day. Processing the three kinds of assessment into an evaluation report will take a long time. Therefore, the Evaluation System of Early Childhood Education is developed to facilitate the process of assessment and reporting of child development. The system implements Rational Unified Process (RUP) to allow for early risk analysis, as it is developed iteratively and incrementally. Developed gradually and able to accommodate system improvements and requirements changes in Seruni 05, but keep the project schedule stay in timeline. Unit testing and integration testing show that cyclomatic complexity ≤ 10, it means the system are easy maintenance and easy understanding the logical code. Usability testing implementing System Usability Scale (SUS) generate 84,9. Compatibility testing shows that the system can run on various smartphones Android OS version 2.3 and above.
