Abstract
The most prolific question today point to what the purpose of a current era of government towards household consumption, investment, development and political stability as a whole, administration will surely offend the internalization of the vision mission of its leader's to the available bureaucracy at the time. Indonesia pronounced a good governance scheme by bringing reformation from the leadership of Joko Widodo with Mental Revolution as his administration slogan. Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) has noted that Indonesia remained strong since Joko Widodo was elected as the governor of Jakarta with Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok as his vice. The spirit of working remained in both administration and took place broader than before. Development of infrastructure is more often focused to enhance the change of economic climate. Partnership was the best way they did and considered entirely and maturely. The acceleration in the development of integrated transportation in DKI Jakarta was also a focal point on this method. One of the mega projects is MRT Jakarta that had already been looked very comprehensively when this era comes in a hurry to get it done. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta is one of the projects that was made by Public Private Partnership (PPP) ecosystem enhanced into. The acceleration of partnership is part of how coordination toward all stakeholders involved can be integrated, synchronized, and worked together in every part of the job description. The questions are 1) what is the model of coordination of PPP which compromised on it? 2) What are the standing position and role of each, governmental and private sector side, engaged in the coordination? All of it would be answered to know this era takes their commitment in realizing that vision mission into. Coordination is a very complex problem associated with a terminology of partnership on it. Government and private sector are contradictive institution that seek to unite for acceleration. But it turns out that this is not a figurative allegory, because, as the development of the power of technology work together, awareness of competition and independence gave birth to an open minded discussion that compromise to intense relationship, rapid task accomplishment, and prospective collaboration, development of commerce, and also effective market place which occurred in this development. Even though government was the boss or it recall a hierarch’s model of the project, they had a good will to share it into partnership, the administration that would be consolatory moderation with network model consideration.
