Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui apakah Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioural Control dan Destination Image berpengaruh terhadap Revisit Intention pada pengunjung Jawa Timur Park Group (Kota Batu). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan diperoleh 280 sampel responden yang merupakan wisatawan yang sudah pernah mengunjungi objek wisata Jawa Timur Park Group (Kota Batu) dari kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang didapat secara langsung dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS Versi 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengujian pengaruh langsung dari variabel inti dari Theory of Planned behaviour yaitu variabel attitude memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, variabel subjective norm memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, sedangkan variabel perceived behavioural control tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Variabel destination image memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Variabel satisfaction memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Pada pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu variabel destination image memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention melalui satisfaction.
English Abstract
This research aims to test and find out whether Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioural Control and Destination Image affect Revisit Intention in visitors to Jawa Timur Park Group (Batu City). This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses sampling techniques with non-probability sampling techniques and obtained 280 samples of respondents who are tourists who have visited the Jawa Timur Park Group (Batu City) tourist attraction from questionnaires distributed online. This study uses purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS�SEM) analysis tools and using SmartPLS Version 3.2.9 software. The results of this research indicate that testing the direct effect of the core variables of the Theory of Planned behavior, namely the attitude variable has an influence and is significant to revisit intention, the subjective norm variable has an influence and is significant to revisit intention, while the perceived behavioral control variable has no influence and is not significant to revisit intention. Destination image variables have an influence and are significant to satisfaction. The satisfaction variable has an influence and is significant to revisit intention. In testing the indirect effect, the destination image variable has an influence and is significant on revisit intention through satisfaction
