Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menguji dan menganalisis peran pemerintah dan peran kelompok terhadap kemampuan bisnis UMKM Sekaligus Menguji dan menganalisis peran pemerintah dan peran kelompok terhadap kinerja bisnis pada UMKM. Menguji dan menganalisis kemampuan bisnis terhadap kinerja bisnis pada UMKM dan menguji efek mediasi kemampuan bisnis dalam hubungan antara peran pemerintah dan peran kelompok terhadap kinerja bisnis pada UMKM Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 154 pelaku UMKM Makanan dan Minuman. yang ada di UMKM Sentra Kelud Mandiri kediri. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan software Warp PLS6.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Pemerintah kurang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan bisnis dan kinerja bisnis. Peran kelompok sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan bisnis dan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Kemampuan bisnis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Kemampuan Bisnis terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh peran pemerintah dan peran kelompok terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM. Temuan terakhir adalah peran pemerintah terbukti masih terbatas dalam memberikan modal atau pendanaan untuk usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah, sehingga dilihat dari aspek permodalan ternyata kurang mendukung pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Kediri. Peran pemerintah melalui fasilitas kredit, perizinan usaha, promosi, pemasaran, dan pelatihan telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah tetapi belum berdampak luas dalam memperkuat hubungan kemampuan bisnis da kinerja bisnis.

English Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the role of the government and the role of groups on the business capabilities of SMEs as well as test and analyze the role of the government and the role of groups on business performance in SMEs. Test and analyze business capabilities on business performance in MSMEs and test the mediating effect of business capabilities in the relationship between the role of government and the role of groups on business performance in MSMEs This research was conducted on 154 Food and Beverage MSME actors. in the UKM Kediri Kelud Mandiri Center. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS with Warp PLS6.0 software. The results of the study show that the Government's role has less influence on improving business capabilities and business performance. The role of the group greatly influences the improvement of business capabilities and business performance of MSMEs. Business capability affects the performance improvement of MSMEs. Business Capability is proven to partially mediate the influence of the role of government and the role of groups on MSME business performance. The final finding is that the role of the government is proven to be limited in providing capital or funding for micro, small and medium enterprises, so that from a capital perspective it does not support the development of MSMEs in Kediri. The role of the government through credit facilities, business licensing, promotion, marketing and training has been carried out by the government but has not had a broad impact in strengthening the relationship between business capabilities and business performance.
