Abstract

Adanya peran ganda yang dimiliki tenaga kesehatan wanita berkeluarga menjadi sebuah tantangan dalam mencapai work-life balance. Faktor eksternal berupa perceived social support sebagai bentuk dukungan sosial diperlukan dalam menciptakan work-life balance pada kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran perceived social support dalam mencapai work-life balance pada tenaga kesehatan wanita berkeluarga. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 180 responden yang didapatkan dengan metode accidental sampling dengan kriteria tenaga kesehatan wanita yang sudah berkeluarga di Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian terdiri Work-Life Balance Scale dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 27.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran signifikan perceived social support terhadap work-life balance pada tenaga kesehatan wanita berkeluarga dengan peran sebesar 28,2% sehingga 71,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini membantu tenaga kesehatan wanita berkeluarga membangun perceived social support yang berdampak positif terhadap work-life balance pada kualitas hidupnya.

English Abstract

The dual role of family women health workers is a challenge in achieving work-life balance. External factors in the form of perceived social support as a form of social support are needed in creating work-life balance in their lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of perceived social support in achieving work-life balance in family women health workers. This quantitative study involved 180 respondents obtained by accidental sampling method with the criteria of married female health workers in Indonesia. The research instrument consisted of WorkLife Balance Scale and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 27.0 for windows software. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant role of perceived social support on work-life balance in family women health workers with a role of 28,2% so that the remaining 71,8% is influenced by other factors outside this study.The implications of this study help family women health workers build perceived social support that has a positive impact on worklife balance on their quality of life.
