Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan penghapusan sanksi administrasi pajak bumi dan bangunan di kota Kediri pada tahun 2018-2022 atau selama lima tahun terakhir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini berisi efektivitas penerapan kebijakan penghapusan sanksi administrasi PBB di BPPKAD Kota Kediri, kendala dan upaya dalam proses penerapan kebijakannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan penghapusan sanksi administrasi PBB di Kota Kediri sudah efektif. Namun, sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh BPPKAD Kota Kediri belum optimal. Sehingga, masih banyak Wajib Pajak yang belum mengetahui kebijakan ini.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the policy of eliminating land and building tax administration sanctions in the city of Kediri in 2018-2022 or for the last five years. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study went through several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research contains the effectiveness of implementing the policy of eliminating PBB administrative sanctions at BPPKAD Kediri City, constraints and efforts in the process of implementing the policy. The results of the study show that the implementation of the policy of eliminating PBB administrative sanctions in the City of Kediri has been effective. However, the socialization carried out by BPPKAD Kediri City has not been optimal. Thus, there are still many taxpayers who do not know about this policy.
