Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Psychological Capital dengan Counterproductive Work Behavior anggota DPRD Kabupaten X. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 anggota DPRD Kabupaten X.. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Psychological Capital dan Counterproductive work behavior. Skala Psychological Capital menggunakan Psychological Capital Questionnaire yang diterjemahlan oleh Prayogo (2012), sedangkan skala Counterproductive work behavior merupakan hasil modifikasi dari skala Kusumadewi (2015). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data Product Moment Pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif antara Psychological Capital dengan Counterproductive Work Behavior anggota DPRD Kabupaten X. Artinya, Psychological Capital yang tinggi diikuti rendahnya Counterproductive Work Behavior anggota DPRD Kabupaten X.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the correlation between Psychological Capital and Counterproductive Work Behavior among Representative Assembly member of District X. Psychological Capital was measured by instrument named Psychological Capital Questionnaire which translated by Prayogo (2012), and the Counterproductive Work Behavior scale is the result of modification of the Kusumadewi scale (2015). The result of this study show that Psychological Capital negatively correlated with Counterproductive Work Behavior among Representative Assembly member of District X. Interpretation from the result is more higher Psychological Capital the lower showing Counterproductive Work Behavior among Representative Assembly member of District X.
