Abstract
Profil lipid darah menjadi salah satu tes lini pertama dalam mendiagnosis beberapa penyakit hati, salah satunya sirosis hepatis. Gejala awal pada pasien sirosis hepatis ditandai dengan perasaan mudah lelah dan tubuh lemas, perut terasa kembung, berat badan yang menurun dikarenakan nafsu makan yang berkurang, dan bahkan pada pasien laki-laki bisa menyebabkan impotensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan profil lipid darah terhadap status koagulasi pada pasien sirosis hepatis. dengan rentang waktu penelitian pada bulan Januari – Juli 2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 pasien sirosis hepatis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Desain penelitian Cross Sectional memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi profil lipid darah terhadap status koagulasi antar pasien sirosis hepatis berdasarkan tromboelastografi. Variabel independen dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian di observasi pada saat yang sama (point time approach). Setiap subjek dalam penelitian diobservasi sekali saja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil lipid darah pada pasien sirosis hepatis terbanyak mendapatakn gambaran normal dan status koagulasi pada pasien sirosis hepatis terbanyak mendapatkan gambaran normal, sehingga profil lipid darah dan status koagulasi berdasarkan tromboelastografi pada pasien sirosis hepatis tidak selalu memiliki hubungan.
English Abstract
The blood lipid profile is one of the first line tests in diagnosing several liver diseases, one of which is liver cirrhosis. The initial symptoms in patients with cirrhosis of liver are characterized by feeling tired easily and the body is weak, the stomach feels bloated, weight loss due to reduced appetite, and even in male patients it can cause impotence. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between blood lipid profiles and coagulation status in patients with liver cirrhosis. with a research time span of January – July 2023. The sample in this study consisted of 30 patients with liver cirrhosis. The type of research used is observational analytical research with a cross sectional research design. The cross-sectional research design aims to determine the correlation between blood lipid profiles and coagulation status among patients with liver cirrhosis based on thromboelastography. The independent variable and dependent variable in the research were observed at the same time (point time approach). Each subject in the study was observed only once. The results of the study showed that the blood lipid profile in patients with liver cirrhosis mostly had a normal picture and the coagulation status in patients with liver cirrhosis had the most normal picture, so that the blood lipid profile and coagulation status based on thromboelastography in patients with liver cirrhosis did not always have a relationship.
