Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian perbandingan pengalaman pengguna pada mobile aplikasi Neobank dan Seabank dengan metode Usability Testing dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Latar belakang penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan yang jauh pada rating di kedua aplikasi sehingga dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh perbedaan signifikansi aplikasi Neobank dan Seabank berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna untuk membuktikan apakah rating dari Google Play Store mencerminkan tingkat pengalaman pengguna. Metode Usability Testing sebagai pengujian objektif dilakukan untuk mengukur parameter task success rate, error rate, time on task dan number of clicks. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) sebagai pengujian subjektif berdasarkan faktor daya tarik (attractiveness), kejelasan (perspicuity), efisiensi (efficiency), ketepatan (dependability), stimulasi (stimulation) dan kebaruan (novelty). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan paired T test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada 3 dari 4 parameter pengujian objektif dengan parameter task success rate aplikasi Neobank 82,37% dan pada aplikasi Seabank 88,24%, parameter error rate aplikasi Neobank 0,28 dan aplikasi Seabank 0,171, parameter time on task aplikasi Neobank 21,96s dan aplikasi Seabank 16,99s dan parameter number of clicks pada aplikasi Neobank 7,008 sedangkan aplikasi Seabank 5,668. Pada evaluasi subjektif dalam aspek daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi dan kebaruan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan.
English Abstract
This research focuses on testing the comparison of user experience on Neobank and Seabank mobile applications using Usability Testing and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) methods. The background of the research is that there is a big difference in the rating of the two applications so that an analysis is carried out to find out how far the difference in the significance of the Neobank and Seabank applications based on user experience to prove whether the rating from the Google Play Store reflects the level of user experience. Usability Testing method as an objective test was conducted to measure the parameters of task success rate, error rate, time on task and number of clicks. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) as a subjective test based on factors of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. Data analysis was conducted using paired T test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are significant differences in 3 out of 4 objective testing parameters with the task success rate parameter of the Neobank application 82.37% and the Seabank application 88.24%, the error rate parameter of the Neobank application 0.28 and the Seabank application 0.171, the time on task parameter of the Neobank application 21.96s and the Seabank application 16.99s and the number of clicks parameter in the Neobank application 7.008 while the Seabank application 5.668. On the subjective evaluation in the aspects of attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability stimulation and novelty there are significant differences.
