Abstract

English Abstract

The implementation of the MBKM policy at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM UB) has been running since the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. Even so, the business process of this activity still uses manual methods and has not succeeded in integrating the entire MBKM activity process into the system, especially in the process of converting MK and recognizing SKS. Therefore, the development of an effective and integrated MK conversion and SKS recognition system for MBKM FILKOM UB activities is very important in order to improve the positive user experience. In this research, the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach is used to design user experience in the conversion system and recognition of credits in MBKM activities at FILKOM UB. The test results showed an effectiveness level of 97.10%, an efficiency level measured through time-based efficiency of 0,027 task/second, an efficiency level through UEQ reaching a score of 1.85 which is categorized as "Good", attractiveness reaching a score of 1.97 which is categorized as "Excellent", perspicuity reaching a score of 1.6 which is categorized as "Above Average", dependability reaching a score of 1.8 which is categorized as "Excellent", stimulation reaching a score of 1.95 which is categorized as "Excellent", and novelty reaching a score of 1.89 which is categorized as "Excellent". This research makes a positive contribution in improving the user experience and functionality of the SKS conversion and recognition system in MBKM activities at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM).
