Abstract
Moda transportasi bus merupakan moda yang marak digunakan oleh masyarakat karena biayanya yang relatif lebih murah daripada moda transportasi lain. Gunung Harta Transport Solutions (GHTS) merupakan sebuah perusahaan bus yang berlokasi di Kota Malang. Evaluasi dilaksanakan pada aplikasi GHTS milik perusahaan ini karena ditemukan desain yang tidak sesuai dengan 10 prinsip heuristic. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metode usability testing, SUS, dan UEQ yang dilakukan di website Maze dan pembagian kuisioner. Usability testing dilakukan untuk menghitung 3 aspek, yaitu effectiveness menggunakan completion rate, efficiency menggunakan time based efficiency, dan satisfaction menggunakan SUS. Sedangkan pada UEQ terdapat 6 skala yang dinilai yaitu attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, dan novelty. Pada hasil evaluasi desain awal didapatkan nilai pada aspek effectiveness dengan angka 99,2%, aspek efficiency dengan angka 0,064 goals/sec, dan aspek satisfaction mendapat ratarata 39,5 dengan kelas F atau “Poor”. Sedangkan pada aspek UEQ didapatkan benchmark dengan predikat “Bad” di keenam skala yang dinilai. Desain perbaikan dirancang guna meningkatkan hasil evaluasi desain awal dan didapatkan peningkatan di segala aspek yang dinilai. Aspek effectiveness mendapatkan angka 100%, aspek efficiency mendapat angka 0,109 goals/sec, dan aspek satisfaction mendapat ratarata 87,625 dengan kelas “B” atau “Excellent”. Ditambah pada aspek UEQ terjadi peningkatan yang sangat signifikan yang dimana mendapatkan benchmark dari rataratanya adalah “Excellent” di keenam aspek.
English Abstract
Bus transportation is a widely used mode of travel due to its relatively lower cost compared to other modes of transportation. Gunung Harta Transport Solutions (GHTS) is a bus company located in the city of Malang. An evaluation was conducted on the GHTS application due to identified design discrepancies with the 10 heuristic principles. The evaluation utilized usability testing, SUS, and UEQ methods on the Maze website, along with the distribution of questionnaires. Usability testing aimed to calculate three aspects: effectiveness using completion rate, efficiency using timebased efficiency, and satisfaction using SUS. Meanwhile, in the UEQ there are 6 scales that are assessed, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. In the initial design evaluation, effectiveness scored 99.2%, efficiency scored 0.064 goals/second, and satisfaction averaged 39.5 with a grade of F or "Poor." Meanwhile, the UEQ aspect received a benchmark rating of "Bad" across all six scales evaluated. Improvement designs were implemented to enhance the initial design evaluation results, resulting in improvements in all evaluated aspects. Effectiveness scored 100%, efficiency scored 0.109 goals/second, and satisfaction averaged 87.625 with a grade of B or "Excellent." Additionally, there was a significant increase in UEQ aspects, achieving an "Excellent" benchmark across all six scales.
