Abstract
Filkom Apps adalah sebuah platform berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya. Filkom Apps sendiri digunakan oleh civitas akademika untuk menunjang kegiatannya sehari-hari, salah satunya adalah kegiatan dalam pembuatan dan pendistribusian surat tugas. Antarmuka pengguna fitur surat tugas Filkom Apps memegang peran penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Sejak awal Filkom Apps dibuat, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi yang dilakukan sistematik mengenai antarmuka pengguna Filkom Apps khususnya pada fitur surat tugas. Oleh karenanya dilakukan evaluasi antarmuka pengguna untuk mengetahui sejauh mana desain antarmuka mendukung tujuan pengguna dan juga mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja goal-directed design yang terdiri dari tiga tahap research, modelling, dan requirement. Serta menggunakan kuesioner post-study system usability questionnaire (PSSUQ) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner PSSUQ, wawancara, dan observasi kepada 5 dosen FILKOM UB yang pernah pengguna fitur surat tugas Filkom Apps. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner PSSUQ didapatkan nilai secara keseluruhan sebesar 71,17 dari skala 0 sampai 100 yang menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sudah cukup baik. Wawancara dan observasi juga dilakukan terhadap partisipan yang menghasilkan 10 permasalahan yang terjadi salah satunya yaitu tidak adanya halaman dokumentasi. Adapun usulan perbaikan berupa penambahan fungsi, perubahan format penambahan anggota kegiatan, penambahan notifikasi serta penambahan halaman.
English Abstract
Filkom Apps is a web-based platform developed by the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya. Filkom Apps itself is used by the academic community to support their daily activities, one of which is the creation and distribution of assignment letters. The user interface of Filkom Apps' assignment letter feature plays an important role in creating a good user experience. Since the beginning of Filkom Apps, there has never been a systematic evaluation of the Filkom Apps user interface, especially on the assignment letter feature. Therefore, a user interface evaluation was conducted to determine the extent to which the interface design supports user goals and also measures the level of user satisfaction. By using the goal-directed design framework which consists of three stages of research, modeling, and requirements. As well as using the post-study system usability questionnaire (PSSUQ) to measure the level of user satisfaction. The evaluation was carried out by filling out the PSSUQ questionnaire, interviews, and observations to 5 FILKOM UB lecturers who had used the Filkom Apps assignment letter feature. Based on the results of the PSSUQ questionnaire analysis, the overall score is 71.17 on a scale of 0 to 100, which shows that the level of user satisfaction is quite good. Interviews and observations were also conducted with participants which resulted in 10 problems that occurred, one of which was the absence of a documentation page. The proposed improvements are in the form of adding functions, changing the format of adding activity members, adding notifications and adding pages.
