Abstract
Call Me Tour & Travel Malang (callmetravelmalang.id) merupakan salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi berbasis website yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata. Tujuan aplikasi ini menawarkan kemudahan bagi konsumen untuk berwisata dengan mudah tanpa kesulitan mengatur akomodasi. Evaluasi berkelanjutan bertujuan memastikan aplikasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penggunanya. Evaluasi desain tampilan pada website Call Me Tour & Travel Malang, dilakukan 2 metode pengujian yaitu User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dan Usability Testing kepada 20 responden berusia 17 - 50 tahun. Usability Testing mengukur 3 aspek yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan pada UEQ akan mengukur 6 skala diantaranya attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, dan novelty pada desain awal dan desain solusi. Proses perbaikan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Human Centered Design dan mengacu pada Research-Based Web Design & Usability Guidelines. Pada pengujian usability testing, disimpulkan bahwa nilai ketiga aspek mengalami peningkatan. Aspek efektivitas mengalami peningkatan completion rate dari 86,5% menjadi 99,5% yang meningkat sebesar 13%, aspek efisiensi mengalami peningkatan hasil pada time based efficiency dari 7,09 detik menjadi 6,62 detik dan aspek kepuasan pengguna mengalami peningkatan skor SUS dari 50,375 (poor) menjadi 77,5 (good). Pada benchmark UEQ desain awal mendapat nilai “buruk” pada keenam skala, sedangkan pada desain solusi mendapatkan nilai “baik” pada tiga skala dan tiga skala lainnya mendapatkan nilai “sangat baik”. Selain itu, nilai rata – rata yang didapatkan menunjukkan evaluasi netral sedangkan, pada desain solusi menunjukkan evaluasi positif. Secara keseluruhan pada desain solusi hasil perancangan dan perbaikan yang dilakukan peneliti, dapat meningkatkan usability maupun hasil skala serta benchmark yang terdapat dalam UEQ.
English Abstract
Call Me Tour & Travel Malang (callmetravelmalang.id) is a form of website-based technology development that operates in the tourism sector. The aim of this application is to offer convenience for consumers to travel easily without having difficulty arranging accommodation. Continuous evaluation aims to ensure the application can meet the needs of its users. Evaluation of the display design on the Call Me Tour & Travel Malang website, carried out 2 testing methods, namely the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and Usability Testing on 20 respondents aged 17 - 50 years. Usability Testing measures 3 aspects, namely effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction, while UEQ will measure 6 scales including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty in initial design and solution design. The improvement process was carried out using a Human Centered Design approach and referring to Research-Based Web Design & Usability Guidelines. In usability testing, it was concluded that the values of the three aspects had increased. The effectiveness aspect experienced an increase in the completion rate from 86.5% to 99.5% which increased by 13%, the efficiency aspect experienced an increase in results in time based efficiency from 7.09 seconds to 6.62 seconds and the user satisfaction aspect experienced an increase in the SUS score from 50,375 (poor) to 77.5 (good). In the UEQ benchmark the initial design received a "poor" score on all six scales, while the solution design received a "good" score on three scales and the other three scales received a "very good" score. Apart from that, the average value obtained shows a neutral evaluation, whereas the solution design shows a positive evaluation. Overall, the solution design resulting from the design and improvements carried out by researchers can improve usability and scale results and benchmarks contained in UEQ.
