Abstract

Pelaksaaan dalam pemberian kesejahteraan terhadap pekerja memiliki tujuan meningkatkan kulitas hidup setiap individu. Pemberian kesejahteraan merupakan kewajiban yang harus di lakukan dan di patuhi guna menciptakan kehidupan yang sehat dan layak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Menganalisis Peran dan Kewenangan pemerintah dalam peningkataan kesejahteraan pekerja di PT PG Krebet Baru. Di dalam Undang-Undang Pemerintah wajib pemerintah melaksanakaan Perannya dalam mengayomi dan melindungi hak seseorang individu dan melaksanakaan kewajibannya dalam peningkatan kesejahteran untuk pekerja atau pekerja. Dalam Analisis data penulis memfokuskan dalam mengidentifikasi Peran dan Kewenangan pemerintah yang telah ditetapkan di dalam Undang-Undang, Peraturan Presiden, Peraturan Meneteri, dan Peraturan Daerah dalam kenyataan yang ada di lapangan. Kewenangan dan Peran Pemerintah terhadap kesejahteraan pekerja merupakan kunci utama berkembangnya suatu individu maupun kelompok yang beranggotakan individu- individu lainnya. Selaras dengan peningktan kesejahteraan pemberian gaji yang sepadan, dan penggunaan Alat Pelidung Diri murupakan suatu cara guna untuk mencegah terjadinya hilang keselamatan seseorang dan hilangnya nyawa seseorang guna menciptakan kesejahteraan pekerja. Pemberian jaminan Kesehatan dan jaminan kecelakaan kerja merupakakn bentuk peduli pemerintah terhadap masyarakat untuk menjaga sebagain maupun seluruh tubuh demi menciptakan kehidupan yang sejahtera.

English Abstract

Implementation in providing welfare to employees has the aim of improving the quality of life of each individual. Providing welfare is an obligation that must be carried out and obeyed to create a healthy and decent life. The aims of this study are: 1) Analyzing the role and authority of the government in improving the welfare of employees at PT PG Krebet Baru. In the Act, the Government is obliged to carry out its role in protecting the rights of an individual and carrying out its obligations in improving the welfare of workers or employees. In analyzing the data, the author focuses on identifying the roles and authorities of the government that have been stipulated in the Act, Presidential Regulation, Ministerial Regulation, and Regional Regulation in the reality on the ground. The authority and role of the government on the welfare of employees is the main key to the development of an individual or group consisting of other individuals. In line with the increase in welfare, offering a commensurate salary, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment is a way to prevent the loss of one's life and death to create employee welfare. Providing health insurance and work accident insurance is a form of government care for the community to protect parts and bodies for the sake of creating a prosperous life.
