Abstract

Kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah merupakan kepemimpinan yang berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja guru dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru yang ada di SDIT Fatahillah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepala sekolah SDIT Fatahillah sudah mampu untuk menghargai dan mengapresiasi para gurunya, kepala sekolah sudah ikut berpartisipasi dalam membantu pendidik dan tenaga pendidiknya jika ada kendala yang dirasakan, kepala sekolah sudah mampu berkolaborasi secara baik dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal, kepala sekolah sudah mampu menginspirasi para guru, serta kepala sekolah menerapkan disiplin waktu yang menunjukkan rasa bangganya dalam bekerja di SDIT Fatahillah. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDIT Fatahillah yaitu partisipasi dari kepala sekolah, sistem birokrasi yang terstruktur, dan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah aturan yang diberikan oleh yayasan yang membatasi gerak kepala sekolah dalam manerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatifnya.

English Abstract

The participative leadership of the school principal is a form of leadership that has the potential to enhance teachers' performance and contribute to their professional growth. This research aims to analyze the role of participative leadership by the school principal in improving the performance of teachers at SDIT Fatahillah. The study utilizes a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation.The research findings indicate that the school principal at SDIT Fatahillah has demonstrated the ability to appreciate and acknowledge their teachers, actively participates in assisting educators whenever they face challenges, collaborates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, inspires the teaching staff, and enforces a strong sense of punctuality, demonstrating pride in their work at SDIT Fatahillah.Supportive factors in the school principal's participative leadership in enhancing teachers' performance at SDIT Fatahillah include the active involvement of the school principal, a well-structured bureaucratic system, and a healthy working environment. Conversely, inhibiting factors include regulations imposed by the foundation that restrict the school principal's ability to implement their participative leadership style.
