Abstract

CV Agar Sari Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Kota Malang yang memproduksi agar-agar. Agar-agar merupakan salah satu makanan yang banyak digemari oleh konsumen karena rasanya yang ringan dan harga yang murah. Salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh CV Agar Sari Jaya yaitu adanya pemborosan pada bagian produksi karena kebutuhan bahan baku produk yang tidak menentu sementara biaya kebutuhan energi yang digunakan serta biaya tenaga kerja terus dikeluarkan. Sementara, proses produksi dan tenaga kerja dari suatu perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas perusahaan. Produktivitas merupakan suatu perbandingan antara keluaran (output) dan masukan (input) persatuan waktu. Analisis produktivitas membantu perusahaan untuk menilai seberapa baik mereka bekerja. Analisis produktivitas dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor keluaran dan masukan apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kenaikan maupun penurunan tingkat produktivitas. Melihat pentingnya produktivitas bagi suatu perusahaan, menganalisis produktivitas pada CV Agar Sari Jaya merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan karena perusahaan belum pernah melakukan pengukuran produktivitas secara menyeluruh. Analisis produktivitas yang akan dilakukan di CV Agar Sari Jaya, dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Habberstad (POSPAC). Metode POSPAC merupakan gabungan dari beberapa ukuran produktivitas parsial yang masing-masing akan menggambarkan produktivitas sebagai kelompok aktivitas di dalam perusahaan. Metode ini berisi beberapa tindakan perbaikan produktivitas yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam enam kelompok yang masing-masing kelompok menunjang kepada perbaikan jenis produktivitas di dalam perusahaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa penurunan produktivitas yang terjadi pada CV Agar Sari Jaya terjadi pada elemen organisasi, tenaga kerja, produk, produksi, dan penjualan. Produktivitas organisasi mengalami penurunan nilai persentase Indeks Produktivitas sebesar 6,51%. Pada produktivitas tenaga kerja, nilai persentase Indek Produktivitas menurun sebesar 2,04%. Produktivitas produk menurun dengan nilai persentase Indeks Produktivitas sebesar 2,23%. Produktivitas produksi mengalami penurunan nilai persentase Indeks Produktivitas sebesar 1,11%. Produktivitas penjualan menurun dengan nilai persentase Indeks Produktivitas sebesar 5,21%. Dari hasil perhitungan persentase Indeks Produktivitas kemudian dapat diidentifikasi permasalah yang terjadi pada masing-masing elemen, sehingga perbaikan dapat dilakukan secara langsung pada ke lima elemen yang mengalami penurunan produktivitas.

English Abstract

CV Agar Sari Jaya is oen of companies in Malang that produce agar-agar. Agar-agar is one of foods favored by consumers because of its light taste and low price. One of the problems that is often faced by CV Agar Sari Jaya is that there is waste in the production section due to the uncertain needs of raw materials for products while the cost of energy needs used and labor costs continue to be incurred. Meanwhile, the production process and the workforce of a company are one of the factors that affect the level of company productivity. Productivity is a comparison between the output and input per unit of time. Productivity analysis helps companies to assess how well they are doing. Productivity analysis is carried out with the aim of examining what output and input factors can affect the increase or decrease in productivity levels. Seeing the importance of productivity for a company, analyzing productivity on CV Agar Sari Jaya is something that must be done because the company has never done a comprehensive productivity measurement. Productivity analysis that will be carried out at CV Agar Sari Jaya, is carried out using the Habberstad method (POSPAC). The POSPAC method is a combination of several partial productivity measures, each of which will describe productivity as a group of activities within the company. This method contains several productivity improvement actions which are classified into six groups, each group supporting the improvement of the type of productivity within the company. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the decline in productivity that occurs in CV Agar Sari Jaya occurs in organizational elements, labor, products, production, and sales. Organizational productivity experienced a decrease in the percentage value of the Productivity Index by 6.51%. In labor productivity, the percentage value of the Productivity Index decreased by 2,04%. Product productivity decreased with the percentage value of the Productivity Index of 2,23%. Productivity of production experienced a decrease in the percentage value of the Productivity Index by 1.11%. Sales productivity decreased with the percentage value of the Productivity Index of 5,21%. From the results, the percentage of the Productivity Index, problems that occur in each element can then be identified, so that improvements can be made directly to the five elements that have decreased productivity.
