Abstract

Pinogu merupakan kecamatan yang berada di kawasan Taman Nasional Bogani Nani Wartabone Kabupaten Bone Bolango dengan sumber daya potensial seperti sapi pedaging. Akses yang sulit dan kurangnya pasokan listrik adalah kendala utama di Pinogu. Abon sapi dapat dijadikan solusi dikarenakan memiliki umur simpan lama . Namun untuk meningkatkan nilai produk abon sapi, industri yang dijalankan harus dilakukan perancangan industri terlebih dahulu. Perancangan industri meliputi teknik pemasaran, manajemen bahan baku, manajemen produksi,dan pembuatan tata letak fasilitas. Kapasitas produksi abon sapi yang didapatkan sebesar 20kg per hari. Perhitungan analisis kelayakan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan Harga Pokok Produksi, Break Even Point, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return. Kebutuhan investasi untuk abon sapi sibogu adalah Rp 346.681.519. HPP yang didapatkan sebesar Rp 72.225. Nilai BEP dalam unit sebesar 1163kg produk dan nilai BEP dalam rupiah sebesar Rp 104.968.977. NPV yang didapatkan adalah Rp 645.242.843 dengan suku bunga 12% dan untuk IRR sebesar 68,67%. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis kelayakan dapat disimpulkan industri abon sapi sibogu layak dijalankan (feasible).

English Abstract

Pinogu is a sub-district located in the Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park area, Bone Bolango Regency with potential resources such as beef cattle. Difficult access and lack of electricity supply are the main obstacles in Pinogu. Shredded beef can be used as a solution because it has a long shelf life. However, to increase the value of beef floss products, industrial design must be carried out first. Industrial design includes marketing techniques, raw material management, production management, and making facility layouts. The production capacity of shredded beef obtained is 20 kg per day. Feasibility analysis calculations are performed to obtain Cost of Production, Break Even Point, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return. The investment requirement for Sibogu shredded beef is IDR 346,681,519. The HPP obtained was IDR 72,225. The BEP value in units is 1163 kg of product and the BEP value in rupiah is IDR 104,968,977. The NPV obtained is IDR 645,242,843 with an interest rate of 12% and an IRR of 68.67%. Based on the calculation of the feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that the Sibogu shredded beef industry is feasible.
