Abstract

Public services in the health sector are essential to fulfilling citizens' needs. To fulfill the obligation, the government implemented an e-government system in the health sector. Includes e-government services at the Health Center in Depok City. This study aims to describe and analyze (1). Implementation of the health feature of the Depok Single Window application in the perspective of e-government; (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The analysis uses eight elements of successful e-government management. This research uses the descriptive-qualitative method. The research location is in Depok City, and the research sites are at the Communication and Information Department of Depok City and Sawangan Health Center. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method uses the interactive model analysis by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). This study's results indicate that the health features of DSW application implementation have been good. However, Sawangan Health Center needs improvement in several elements, including the political environment, leadership, stakeholder, transparency, and innovation. Furthermore, the supporting factors include leadership and government support, quality of human resources, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and stakeholder support. The inhibiting factors include the need for more socialization from Sawangan Health Center, the lack of human resources (number), the lack of society participation in the Sawangan sub-district, and less responsive business processes. Therefore, the researcher gives suggestions: (a). Increasing creative socialization to reach public participation; (b). create socialization attributes for online registration flow; and (c). conducting a routine evaluation for health features of DSW.
