Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam menentukan kemajuan suatu bangsa untuk itu perlu memperhatikan setiap elemennya, salah satunya adalah guru. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kesejahteraan guru perlu diperhatikan karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Kebijakan PPPK dibuat sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kebijakan PPPK terhadap kesejahteraan guru PPPK SMA Negeri Kota Jakarta Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel kebijakan PPPK sebagai variabel bebas dan kesejahteraan guru sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 69 responden dari total keseluruhan 229 guru tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif statistic dan analisis linear sederhana dengan aplikasi pengolahan data Software Statistical Program and Service Solution (SPSS) 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel Kebijakan PPPK terhadap Kesejahteraan Guru Material memiliki nilai t sebesar 4,662 dengan nilai Significant sebesar 0,000 (0,000<0,05) menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Kebijakan PPPK terhadap Kesejahteraan Guru Material dengan nilai koefisien beta menujukkan nilai 0,520. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel Kebijakan PPPK terhadap Kesejahteraan Guru Non Material memiliki nilai t sebesar 3,671 dengan nilai Significant sebesar 0,000 (0,000<0,05) menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Kebijakan PPPK terhadap Kesejahteraan Guru Non Material dengan nilai koefisien beta menujukkan nilai 0,446. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan PPPK berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru.

English Abstract

Education plays an important role in determining the progress of a nation, so it is necessary to pay attention to every element, one of which is the teacher. Teachers have an important role in teaching and learning. Teacher welfare needs to be considered because it greatly affects teacher productivity in the implementation of education. The PPPK policy was created as one way to improve teacher welfare. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the PPPK policy has on the welfare of PPPK teachers in East Jakarta City Public High Schools. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with the PPPK policy variable as the independent variable and teacher welfare as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 69 respondents from a total of 229 teachers at the East Jakarta Administrative City Public High School (SMA) level. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and simple linear analysis with the Statistical Program and Service Solution (SPSS) 25 data processing application. The results of the analysis show that the PPPK Policy variable on Material Teacher Welfare has a t value of 4.662 with a Significant value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) indicating partially the PPPK Policy variable on Material Teacher Welfare with a beta coefficient value of 0.520. The analysis results show that the PPPK Policy variable on Non-Material Teacher Welfare has a t value of 3.671 with a Significant value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) indicating partially the PPPK Policy variable on Non-Material Teacher Welfare with a beta coefficient value of 0.446. So it can be concluded that the PPPK policy has an effect in improving teacher welfare.
