Abstract

Jaya Barokah Sentosa merupakan unit usaha yang bergerak pada sektor Agroindustri yaitu pengolahan pipilan jagung menjadi emping jagung. Unit usaha yang berlokasi di Pandanwangi, Malang, hingga saat ini memiliki produktivitas rantai pasok yang fluktuatif karena adanya berbagai faktor seperti perubahan iklim dan cuaca serta harga bahan baku yang digunakan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai produktivitas rantai pasok pada tahun 2022, faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai produktivitas rantai pasok pada tahun 2022, dan usulan perbaikan yang rasional berdasarkan nilai tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut yaitu kombinasi ANP dan OMAX dengan perspektif SCOR. Metode SCOR digunakan untuk menganalisis key performance indicator yang mempengaruhi nilai produktivitas, ANP digunakan untuk pembobotan tiap kriteria dan OMAX digunakan untuk menentukan besarnya nilai produktivitas pada periode tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Usaha Jaya Barokah Sentosa dan Laboratorium Manajemen Agroindustri FTP UB pada bulan Januari hingga Mei 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan produktivitas rantai pasok tertinggi pada bulan Februari 2022 sebesar 7,847 dan terendah pada Agustus 2022 sebesar 4,368. Faktor yang menyebabkan turunnya nilai produktivitas rantai pasok pada unit usaha meliputi akurasi jadwal produksi, akurasi biaya perencaaan, biaya pengadaan bahan baku, volume produksi, biaya produksi, dan volume bahan bakar. Perbaikan yang disusun digunakan sebagai acuan agar kriteria yang perlu diperbaiki dapat mencapai tingkatan terbaik di masa mendatang. Usulan tersebut adalah perekrutan tenaga kerja ahli, penggunaan mesin yang dimaksimalkan serta penggantian mesin menjadi seri terbaru. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan jumlah kriteria yang lebih banyak sehingga hasil yang didapatkan akan lebih mendalam, selain itu dapat digunakan kombinasi metode lainnya seperti AHP dengan APC atau Craig Harris sehingga dapat dibandingkan.

English Abstract

Jaya Barokah Sentosa is an business unit engaged in the agro-industry sector, namely processing corn shells into corn chips. Business unit that located in Pandanwangi, Malang, until now have fluctuating supply chain productivity due to various factors such as climate change and weather as well as the price of raw materials used. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the value of supply chain productivity in 2022, the factors that affect the value of supply chain productivity in 2022, and rational improvement proposals based on this value. Method that used to achieve this goal is a combination of ANP and OMAX with a SCOR perspective. The SCOR method is used to analyze key performance indicators that affect productivity values, ANP is used to weight each key performance indicators and OMAX is used to determine the value of productivity in that period. This research was conducted at Business Unit Jaya Barokah Sentosa and the Agroindustry Management Laboratory of FTP UB from January to May 2023. The results of the research shows the highest supply chain productivity value in February 2022 of 7.847 and the lowest in August 2022 of 4.368. Factors that cause a decrease in the value of supply chain productivity at business unit include the accuracy of production schedules, the accuracy of planning cost, raw material procurement costs, production volume, production costs, and fuel volume. Improvements are used as a reference so that the criteria that need to be corrected can reach the best level in the future. The improvements is recruiting skilled workers, maximizing the use of machines and replacing machines with the latest series. Future research can use a larger number of criteria so that the results obtained will be more indepth, besides that a combination of other methods can be used with different criteria so that they can be compared
