Abstract

kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember, (2) pengaruh parsial motivasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember, (3) pengaruh simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember yang berjumlah 66 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember, (2) motivasi secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember, (3) gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan motivasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember,

English Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the partial effect of leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency, (2) the partial effect of motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency, (3) the simultaneous effect of leadership style and motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method and the population in this study is 66 employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) participative leadership style partially has a positive and significant influence on the formation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior in employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency, (2) motivation partially does not have a positive and significant influence on the formation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior in employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency, (3) participative leadership style and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the formation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior in employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Jember Regency,
