RINGKASAN SEKAR FAHQRIA LARASATI. 195040107111026. Dampak Sosial Ekonomi Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi dan Strategi Meningkatkan Pendapatan Petani di Desa Pandanrejo. Pembimbing, Dr. Asihing Kustanti, S.Hut., M.Si. dan Vi’in Ayu Pertiwi, S.P., M.P. Penelitian ini adalah tentang dampak sosial ekonomi Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi dan strategi meningkatkan pendapatan petani di Desa Pandanrejo. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak sosial dan dampak ekonomi petani, serta peningkatan pendapatan petani di kawasan objek wisata Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi. Dampak sosial tercermin dari dampak sektor sosial terhadap pembangunan yang dianalisis. Dampak ekonomi adalah dampak tidak langsung dari subjek analisis pada jumlah dan jenis kegiatan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut, dengan fokus pada indikator ekonomi makro, dan dampak proyek yang diproyeksikan pada indikator ini untuk masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak sosial dan dampak ekonomi Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi dan menganalisis strategi meningkatkan pendapatan petani di Desa Pandanrejo yang memanfaatkan Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi sebagai tempat sumber pendapatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah petani di Desa Pandanrejo dan pengelola atau karyawan Lumbung Stroberi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain sampel nonprobabilitas Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Simple Random Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini 48 petani dan 10 informan dari pihak Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan dampak sosial yang dirasakan petani dari adanya Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi memiliki kategori sedang. Dampak ekonomi yang dirasakan petani dari adanya Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi juga memiliki kategori sedang. Dampak sosial ekonomi yang dirasakan masyarakat dari adanya Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi berupa perubahan status sosial, peningkatan pendidikan, peningkatan perekonomian petani, dan peningkatan nilai jual buah stroberi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis AHP menunjukan bahwa kriteria aspek pendidikan merupakan prioritas utama untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat yang memanfaatkan Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi sebagai tempat sumber pendapatan.

This research is about the socio-economic impact of Strawberry Barn Agrotourism and strategies to increase farmers' income in Pandanrejo Village. The main problem in this study is how the social and economic impacts of farmers, as well as increasing farmers' income in the area of the Strawberry Barn Agrotourism attraction. Social impact is reflected in the impact of the social sector on development which is analyzed. The economic impact is the indirect impact of the subject of analysis on the amount and type of economic activity in the region, with a focus on macroeconomic indicators, and the projected impact of projects on these indicators for society. The purpose of this study was to analyze the social and economic impacts of Strawberry Barn Agrotourism and analyze strategies to increase farmers' income in Pandanrejo Village which utilizes Strawberry Barn Agrotourism as a source of income. The population of this study were farmers in Pandanrejo Village and managers or employees of the Strawberry Barn. This study uses a non-probability sample design. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The sample of this study were 48 farmers and 10 informants from the Strawberry Barn Agrotourism. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that the social impact felt by farmers from the Strawberry Barn Agrotourism was in the moderate category. The economic impact felt by farmers from the Strawberry Granary Agrotourism also has a moderate category. Socio-economic impacts felt by the community from the existence of Strawberry Granary Agrotourism in the form of changes in social status, increased education, increased farmers' economy, and increased selling value of strawberries. Based on the results of the AHP analysis, it shows that the criteria for the educational aspect are a top priority for increasing the income of people who utilize Strawberry Barn Agrotourism as a source of income.
